Management and service has gone down at this restaurant. I would NOT recommend coming here. I’ve been a loyal customer here and recently been treated with unprofessional service. My family and i usually come here and order 7+ rolls and ALWAYS tip generously. Recently ordering some take out at their restaurant, the owner refused to sell sauce for sushi rolls and kept saying no. Not being able to purchase sauce… for sushi rolls bought there.. that’s suppose to have sauce?? Pretty stingy. The fact she kept saying NO constantly and kept cutting us off was disrespectful and added in “you can’t make it yourself?” Who treats loyal paying customers like that?! It was so disrespectful and unprofessional

My family and I eat here all the time! Whether it be a birthday, or just a free Saturday, Waraii is the best choice. They always have such great service and the music is in great taste-never too loud. I recommend the crunch dragon and the spicy garlic edamame when you come! See you tomorrow!

Inside service is not friendly. I ordered through uber eats after being a loyal customer for years. They took over an hour. I called and they still hadn't even started my order. On top of that, even my delivery driver said they were rude to him! They were so rude that he even asked me to publicly review them! They need to hire people who care about their customers and drivers, not the rude workers who work there. Look at other reviews. They have had years to fix this and they still have not. I highly recommend you avoid giving your money to Waraii Sushi. I will no longer "see you tomorrow," as they say.

First time coming in and we are so happy to have found a new sushi place! We ordered miso soup, spider roll, lemon roll, and the Gloria-everything was perfect. Each roll is really thought out and tastes amazing. Quality is above the rest. Prices are great. Sushi chef knows what he is doing for sure. Our server was super knowledgeable about the rolls and was attentive. Can’t wait to come back and try more items. Thank you for a great meal, Waraii.
