Great bread. Bad service. Ordered a sandwich and a clam chowder. They upcharged me for a meal and then didn't give me the chowder. I mentioned it after looking in my to go order, and they just stared blankly at me.

This was our first time & we will be going back.
We had 2 sandwiches; turkey & cranberry on sourdough - delicious and fresh....also a turkey & salami on marble rye - very tasty!
We also ordered a cup of chowder that tasted good.

I customize a sandwich with roast beef and turkey but got home and found out that no turkey was on sandwich with only what looked liked one piece of roast beef chopped on the whole sandwich.

I had lunch here today based on the recommendation of my auto mechanic. It is a charming sandwich shop that also sells soups, salads, and baked goods on par with Boudin SF Bakery. I had the french dip, a cup of chowder, and a soda for less than $18 including tip. That's better than similar sandwich shops of the same quality like Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs.

I really enjoyed the French dip and the chowder. Next time I'll probably get the bread bowl. Their sourdough is that good.

Staff was super friendly and nice. Really appreciate that. Even when delivering our order, they clearly stated they would bring the rest right out, with a smile. The garlic pesto turkey sandwich was excellent. The clam chowder was very fresh and homemade. Highly recommend!

First time ever trying Sourdough and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. Our service was lightning fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The mac and cheese was hella good—so cheesy and comforting! To top it off, the manager generously gave us free cookies for stopping by for the first time, which was a delightful treat. I can’t recommend this place enough! Five stars!
