I have been coming to this location for over 20 years as an Oceanside local…I Put in a takeout order a few weeks ago and was “helped” by Monica. Worst customer service ever! She Let my food sit for over 5 minutes while I was at the register. And then gave me an attitude when I questioned the staff about it. I will NEVER order from this location again, and will be sure to tell my friends and family not to order there either. I’m a pretty easy going guy and understand the demands of customer service and the lunch rush, but I’ve never experienced the disrespect and negligence from an individual like Monica! You may want to follow up with her before she loses more business for you guys! I would have given you no stars if that was an option.

They only had one person working the front and they were busy doing other things I had to get their attention.. When I got my food I noticed some fries were discolored with what looks like mold. I got combo #2.. Chicken was good got the honey bbq. But the black fries.. I do not recommend eating here.

Identity Crisis Here! What is Gods green earth is happing here?!? This is NOT a classic well know Epic Wings aka Wings n Things location for sure!! This is a mexican bad dream wrapped up in Epic Wings bday paper… A wolf in sheeps clothing or shall we say, a chicken strip in a sombrero. reggae music and mexican rap blasting on speakers… Decor is weird and totally TACO SHOP vibe… This location is masquerading as a taco shop, but is selling Epic Wings food. The lines are long in wait, due to slow service. 5 people walked out while waiting. 2 people got up and asked “ Where the heck is my dang food”. 2 families walked in, and walked out… 1 father sat his kids down and the kid said “ I don’t like it in here, this is weird. The food did not taste authentic Epic Wings. NOT a must return location at all. Epic corporate office should be ashamed of this representing the brand… #FAIL

Me & my wife went to eat here. Waited in line to order our food. Waited 35 minutes, & watched 3 customers get their food and eat half their meals. While sitting smelling all the food. I asked the cashier that took my order if I can just get my money back, everyone that was in line behind me has gotten their food and eaten. She told me, "OOPS, I Forgot to call your Name, LOL!!"Got my money back, with no apology, just oops! And they closed the kitchen. So We could have cold wings, or just go home hungry!! Which we DID???

I frequent here a lot I work next door , today I was super disappointed being I come at least twice a week so does my daughter . I ordered five wings. I did not want any breadsticks and I got a drink. I didn’t get any sauce just plain chicken wings I was charged $15 and they didn’t even give me celery sticks. The chicken was burned to a crisp. I am honestly mad I wasted my money I could’ve bought so many other things
We initially started with a less than perfect experience, on Super Bowl Sunday. We were SO looking forward to having our tenderloins & breadsticks, but it didn't end up that way. My wife contacted the store and spoke with Shawn, and he along with Farid made it all right. Fully recommend this location, service is great, and you can't beat the taste of those tenderloins and breadsticks!

I go back to retrieve them and again I had to wait forever. Even though I called prior to let them know I needed to come back.I ordered at 12:55pm. My order was completed at 3:00pm. (Including having gone home and back)
