At 2:20 pm on the 11/3, the staff was behaving very unprofessional, not greeting and having a gansta tone, rather than paying attention to costumers they were talking I asked for the drinks of my order, they were getting more drink cups, but they just let the drinks box fall from the refrigerator which is about a meter and half, using a broom stick to pull it?? and when the box fell, all the cups seemed to be squeezed and broke
Honestly its a shame this is the dicipline and training people got on this me. Me as a manager from a store, this is a behavor i wouldn't allow to happen

My husband and I ordered in store. The store wasn’t clean, but the staff was nice, contradictory to previous reviews. Maybe they hired new people? They almost forgot something in our order but stopped my husband before he left, awesome! We got everything we ordered! The food was hot, and it tasted great besides the chicken sandwich, I wasn’t a fan of it but maybe it’s just not for me. Would visit again!
I had the absolute worst experience at Wingstop. We decided to order online to save time, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. When we arrived to pick up our order, we had to wait an extra 40 minutes, which was incredibly frustrating. To add insult to injury, when we finally got our food, they hadn't even packed everything we ordered. Missing items in the order just made the whole situation even worse. The staff seemed disorganized and there was no sense of urgency to fix the mistakes. It was a complete waste of time and an extremely disappointing experience. Idgaf

Horrible service. Food was not ready when I went to pick it up and after i received the food and returned home realize some of my order was missing. Also whatever they did provide was undercook. Never eating there again.

We walk in and the first thing we hear is that there is a 45 minute wait time... absolutely ridiculous.
Is this branch just trying to survive? Zero stars if there was an option! Food is good though but the service is terrible! There is always, always missing Food ordered online (for pick up) OR a mistake in the order which is so bad because who will drive back to get a missing item from the restaurant when all you want to do is eat already because you already waited an extra 30 minutes because the food was not yet ready! They should have more people in the kitchen! No wonder the rating is low. It really is important to read business reviews so you won’t get disappointed. You will know what to expect!
In fairness to the guy at the cashier, he was respectful to say they needed more time. We waited, but to our dismay there was missing food when we got home. It’s just not worth it. Giving our business to another location because this isn’t the first time we have had this issue.

Always check your take out order before leaving. Twice I was missing an entire order of wings. Service was questionable to say the least, otherwise, great food. Fresh ranch rocks!!!
I am updating this review because yesterday I ordered via Uber Eats and the tenders were spot on seasoned properly, the fries, with the skins still on, were fresh and delicious. Order cheese sauce for dipping and life is good. I thought they had dinner rolls? It's a shame they got discontinued.

They were giving us attitude when we showed up to pick up our order. And there was so much oil in the containers. It was spilling out. I have never had this experience at other locations. This is also our second time trying this location. Our first visit was during a sale during national wing day. Our order was short a box of classic wings, and the front person refused to honor the order. He got the manager, and we were finally helped. I do not recommend this location.
