This Wingstop needs serious improvement—or should just close its doors.
We’ve given this location three chances, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they’ve messed up our order every single time. It always takes around two hours to get our food, and they somehow manage to forget the ranch every time.

The customer service is terrible—no one seems to care—and the food arrives cold, bland, and completely disappointing. Definitely not the quality or service you’d expect from Wingstop.

Paul was amazing and showed amazing customer service and greeted us very nicely. i've never really had good service from this Wingstop until he was there. he checked on us multiple times and asked how the food was and cleaned up after us. Paul deserves a raise!

Worst wings I've had in awhile. Buffalo was bland, other wings didn't even get flavored;sauce or dry rub. Even if it had sauce it was more grease than any flavor. More than 1 wing tasted like burnt rubber. Compete waist of money. $50 down the drain.

I came in today 9/4 at 10:05 , checked website before coming here to see if it was opened , hours at door and website said it was , once I got there however Camila said it was closed even thought door and website said it was opened.. I then walked out , and checked a second time and then went back inside to ask for manager’s number and that’s when she said it was actually opened no one told her smh,, she then walked away saying someone else would take my order .. I don’t know how management works but please inform employees about this ..

I can’t speak to the quality of the food because I never received my order. After placing it, I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times. On my final attempt, I was placed on hold for over ten minutes — no one ever returned to the line. I have a recording of the call documenting proof of the experience.

Due to unexpected car trouble, I couldn’t pick up the order myself. I followed up with an email explaining the situation, but no one from customer service ever responded. The lack of communication and accountability was disappointing.

It feels like the company prioritizes payment over customer care. That’s their choice — and mine is to never order from them again!

I ordered 20 wings and fries tonight around 7pm. at 830 i decided to cancel the order through uber eats due to it continuously getting delayed. Unfortunate, but, not terribly surprised. I get things happen at places, and cause delays or issues. If you dont want to lose customers as you have today, maybe go out of your way and spend a minute updating your customers on why their order keeps getting delayed. After the cancellation, i ordered something else from somewhere nearby that location and it was accepted, made and out for delivery faster than the 1st of at least 3 delays this order gave me.
