The flavours here are usually not desired flavours. At least in a few families I know including my own. 85% of the time two or 3 machines aren't working. Often some of the yogurt is slop while others are fine. The place isn't always the cleanest and the employee is always just sitting behind the register. Although, he is always friendly. Seems like prices have sky rocked. I think this is the last week for that business being there anyway.

The Manager is very friendly and he gives great service. Also today i forgot my purse in the store and they kept it safe for me until i came back. He returned it to me kindly. Also great, high quality, and fresh flavors.

If this is what they consider frozen yogurt, then what's isn't? The flavor I had (espresso cream) was bland and the yogurt look semi transparent--unlike most frozen yogurt that looks opaque and creamy. Don't waste your time, money or wellness on this place.

This is my first time ordering from Yogurt land. I placed my order with Efrem this cashier. Efrem told me I can choose any flavor of frozen yogurt I want and I can also add any kind of toppings. I would like to mention since I have driven back to my house now. This Yogurt Land Shop should list their prices by cup in the Small, Medium, and Large Size Containers. Efrem his personality was okay and he said hello to me when I walked inside the double doors to this Yogurt Land Shop. I walked over there after I parked my car in the parking lot. The time was at 5:30 p.m. and I stayed inside eating this Pumpkin Pie and Oreo Cookies and Creme frozen Yogurt until 7 p. m. Efrem this employee was working at the front cash register tonight. Then another employee walked inside this Yogurt Land Shop to help him out her name is Arianna a younger dark brown haired woman. She is very friendly to me. Efrem personality is not very outgoing to me and all of their customers. I think their Frozen Yogurt Flavors like the Pumpkin Pie has real Pumpkin Pie filling and this frozen Pumpkin Pie Yogurt tasted like I was eating a slice of Pumpkin Pie it was really yummy. The Oreo Cookies and Creme Flavor has crushed Oreo Cookies and this flavor was really delicious. When I served these two flavored frozen yogurts to myself it has a swirled design that I received in this large size cup container. I choose on top of these two flavors that I have selected the Pumpkin Pie and the Cookies and Cream frozen yogurt. These toppings I selected were the (shredded coconut, sliced sweet strawberries, blueberries, and mini chocolate M and M's Chocolate Candies). I asked Efrem how are the price's determined? Efrem told me the price is determined by the weight of the product. I had no idea how expensive these flavors and the toppings I have chosen would cost this much money. Their prices are very expensive for me to pay for frozen yogurt. I placed my large size container on top of their scale it was weighed and the price I was charged was $12.00. I charged this total bill to my Visa Credit Card Account today. This price isn't in my budget so o think if I do visit this Yogurt land Shop again I will buy the smaller size cup and only eat their yogurt once in a while.I can say this Pumpkin Pie Frozen Yogurt has real pumpkin pie filling ingredients and I really treated myself by ordering this really delicious pumpkin pie yogurt. The second flavor was the Cookies and Cream with crushed real Oreo cookies infused inside this yummy flavored frozen yogurt. I noticed that 90 percent of Yogurtland's customers did not eat inside their shop they all ordered and chose their frozen yogurt with these various toppings and paid for this frozen yogurt but most of their customers except of me and another younger dark haired woman, we were the only 2 people eating inside at their tables and chairs. I will visit this Yogurtland shop sometimes on a special occasion.

I'm only giving three stars because I think it's incredibly selfish to not allow for the customers to leave a tip on the receipt for the friendly cashier when paying with a debit card. The yogurt is good, but I really appreciate a business that takes the time to take care of their own employees. Some people don't carry cash.!Something to think about .

My husband and I took our 2 grandchildren for dessert, spent over $30 during which time my granddaughter had an urgent need to use the restroom. We were told the bathroom was locked. Each time I asked for clarification the girl repeated the same thing that the door was locked. Rudely. We had to make a desperate trip home not making it in time….

horrible service, dirty location, and VERY expensive. This is $0.30 more per ounce than the Encinitas location and that location is way better. The cashier had his headphones in, was sitting near the cash register and while listening to music was eating his food he brought from home - looked like soup but smelled up the place with garlic!! He would only get up to ring someone up to pay. Also - 3 of the machines didn't have any flavors, and some of the yogurt consistency was melted/liquidy. WOULD NOT go to this location AT ALL. They need to indicate how much their price is per oz.

I have always loved Yogurtland the most out of all the frozen yogurt places. This location was very clean. They had a bunch of options to choose from. They always have at least one option for those with dietary restrictions, like sugar free and dairy free. I didn't try those flavors this time. This location didn't have an many toppings as I've seen at other locations, but most of the toppings I like were here. The coconut yogurt is my favorite and I was happy this had it. Surprising the tart yogurt was delicious, I've never tried it from here before, but it taste like Yakult. I wanted to come back here before leaving home, but didn't get the chance.

The owner or manager looks like he he's running on fumes and looking out the window like someone is coming in to repo the froyo machines! Best of luck!
