I see this place daily and always wanted to try their food. This restaurant is a real hidden gem. Tucked inside the Carlsbad mall, you could easily miss them. I was craving a Miso soup, and they didn't disappoint. I also ordered mixed fried rice, and that had chicken and garlic diced inside, and that was decisions. Advertised as All you can eat, however this is not an option even after we asked the server and showed her their website but it was a no go. The rolls are average, a little too much cilantro, the mussels were good and the server was shy after we asked about the all you can eat.We did get a free sample baked teriyaki salmon from the manager which was nice.

Wow! What an experience! You definitely need to put this in your list for sushi in the Oceanside/Carlsbad area. Had a fantastic experience here. Food was great and even better service. Tako yaki was great and really recommend the spicy crunchy fried tempura roll. Very good!

My go-to dine-in for sushi in East Oceanside for years is still on top. Amazing people, ambience is low and slow. The rolls are perfect. Try the baked rolls. Highly recommend the salmon belly, unbelievably rich and tender.
No one was here on a Friday night. We went to KBBQ and they said it would be an hour and a half wait. Instead we came here. IT WAS AMAZING.SERVICE. FOOD. DRINKS. all was so good I wish I got the gentleman's name but he was amazing. My party of 6 was seated right away and the food came by quickly. The pokie roll was amazing and the gentleman even gave us salmon on the house.Saved our Friday night and they are amazing here. Come by!

Have been going to this restaurant for a long time and have never had a bad meal! Excellent hot food and sushi is good too! Their Bento dinners are all excellent, my fave is their orange chicken, teriyaki beef, and their seafood soup entree. They work hard to accommodate you but their food is excellent. The atmosphere is casual, yet spaced out enough within so you can hear each other. Love this place - they even accommodated my family with 17 guests flawlessly! That's a tall order in this day and age - they've earned my business for life.
