This place is BOMB. Thought I was going for a typical corn dog, but I was pleasantly surprised. Super authentic Korean street dog - rice batter and dipped in sugar, with whatever toppings and seasoning you want.My wife got the “standard” corn dog, which still had the Korean street food spin, and I got the potato triple. It was interesting that the triple wasn’t all 3 inside together, rather 3 one after the other, but so good either way!

This review is for their Tteokbokki. I have had Tteokbokki at Korean restaurants, supermarkets etc, but for some reasons I find Zzang's Tteokbokki the best! Very generous in the amount of fish cakes in it too. I get it to go and come home and put boiled eggs in it. It's so good! It's hard to find Korean food in north county. So I'm very happy that they are located in Oceanside.

This was such an interesting experience! I wasn't really sure what to order, but the staff definitely tried to make it a lot easier. The store has a number of different corn dog like items or she's on a stick depending on what you're in the mood for. There are also a lot of different sauces, especially hot sauces to try for dipping. One thing for me personally was I don't really like the sweet mixture on anything other than desserts so the rolled sugar over the cheese stick was not my vibe, it would've been really good without that, but again that's just me personally, I hadn't read any reviews explaining what it was that they rolled on the sticks so knowing now I'm hoping that would help somebody who perhaps wouldn't want in the future or is really looking forward to trying it. I recommend this cute little family run business. It is a super fun stop and such an experience.

It was our first time ever eating a corn dog. The two Hispanic ladies working made our experience wonderful explaining the different toppings and sauces. They made the experience so fun. The corn dog was so good, we ordered the chicken wings. The wings were large and so moist and delicious. Dang - Zzang was sooo good !

On Mission right next to the theater. Order at the counter the. A few seats inside or you can sit at one of the table in the common area outside. Tons of options. I’m not really a meat on a stick fan but it was really good…especially with the spicy sauce.

I may not be the target demographic for this food as I kinda like basic hot dogs with great toppings. These were "interesting." the meat dog was a unique take. The positive side it wasn't expensive.

So many unique foods. I hope to eventually try everything on the menu. And the staff was super friendly and offered great suggestions.

This place was pretty good! I love Korean hot dogs so I was excited to try this place out. I'm from Houston TX and they have a place similar to this! This is my cousins fav spots to hit for Korean hot dogs so she wanted us to try it. I felt a bit rushed during my ordering process, which I was confused by because we were the only ones there ordering. Overall the place was alright.

Food (4/5 stars):I had my first Korean Corn Dog at Zzang Hot Dog & Chicken in Oceanside! Their Potato Triple came with sausage, mozzarella, and potato cubes, so it was like eating a corn dog with fries in every bite. I seasoned it with cheddar cheese, spicy sweet chili, and honey garlic. I loved the cheese, potato cubes, and seasonings while the sausage was just okay. It was a satisfying meal, and I'm looking forward to trying their chicken and other corn dogs!Experience (4/5 stars):* Price: reasonable* Wait Time: minimal on a Sunday * Service: good* Parking: street parking in downtown Oceanside can be a little difficult* Ambiance: it's a standard quick service spot

The corn dogs are very good you can even customize it with the sauces and toppings. I added Cheeto crumbs and it was delicious. There was only 2 workers when i went but they were the sweetest. The food came out fast and the place was nice and clean.
