It's hard to believe that I haven't reviewed this place yet especially since I make trips to Ojai just to dine here! I love their vegetarian lasagna, but let's be real, I make the trek out here for their famous Strawberry shortcake! During most of the year you can grab a table outside and enjoy the scenic views. A must visit when in Ojai.

Hell yeah!!! Boccali's!!! It was really busy for a Thursday but the servers were really quick to clean a table when people left to make room for people waiting. I don't know if bread is free but our server gave us a side for free which was really nice. I loved watching the sunset and seeing the pretty hills while eating.

Visiting Ojai and came across this corner restaurant that offers outdoor seating. Plenty of cozy benches w umbrellas. Ordered a pizza with ham & pineapple and wow was it delicious! The fresh ingredients made all the difference! The crust and sauce were definitely one of a kind! Service was great & the entire staff including the kitchen staff & servers were all friendly & welcoming. I can't wait to go back with family & friends to try their other famous dishes which were all so tempting!

Great local spot with INCREDIBLY fresh produce, the best spaghetti sauce this side of the Mississippi & some truly amazing deserts. If you're in Ojai for the wknd, make sure to stop by.

Went here with family. Nice to have great Italian restaurant options in Ojai. This place didn't disappoint. Everyone liked their food. Busy and popular so get there early!

The bread and pizza crust were really really good. The flavor of the pizza itself & potato leek soup were also very tasty.The Negatives were the fact the center of the pizza was wet and not crispy. The ‘still water’ I was offered for $4.00 was basically one of those $0.25 Costco plastic water bottles and not something I expected out of a winery (like Acqua Panna, Saratoga, etc.)I can’t imagine how they make with their wine if this is how they serve their food and drinks.

Delicious ravioli and vegetarian red sauce!!! Also the brucshetta was super fresh and yummy. And the strawberry shortcake is a must have!
The starter- The Anti-Pasta plate, 5 stars Pizza, 5 stars, the wine, great Italian Chianti , and Strawberry Shortcake, 5 stars. Service was not rushed, and ultra friendly. Love the farm house location in the valley. Will return.
By chance we were there as the sunset beautiful view, food was great, delicious we had the lasagna and a small pizza. Server was attentive but not too much and pleasant

The original location has a wonderful old time pizza restaurant ambiance. Been going there for years. Menu is tasty. Service always friendly. Build your own pizza and BRUSCHETTA with warm fresh baked bread and Boccalli farm-grown tomatoes and other vegis make a yummy meal. Desserts are good too. Strawberry shortcake is a decadent favorite. thank I recommend. The drive from Ventura, Santa Barbara, or LA is beautiful as well.

Had dinner here on Valentine's night. Ordered spagetti bolognese. !2 hours after eating here developed stomach issues which turned out to be E. Coli infection which is food or water borne caused by food handlers not practicing safe hygiene. I assume health department will be contacting the restaurant.

Glad we went. Always wanted to go but never had the chance. No need to go again. Food was mediocre. Did not care for the tomato sauce on the pizza but that is subject to personal taste. Service was ok.
