It was a first time encounter and i fell in love immediately. Food is spectacular and the drinks too. We got gluten free pizza and corn chowder, green juice and chai. The desserts were to die for all of them 😀.
There was a life music and not much seats left with the heaters in the outdoor area so we went inside. It was cozy and quiet enough for having a conversation. I am definitely going to come back. Thank you so much. I wish i would take a pic of our pizza but we literally devoured it 😇

But a oatmeal walnut chocolate chip cookie, I realized it had coconut in it. When I took it back. They tried to tell me there was no coconut. Just had coconut oil and failed to realize how not disclosing that is a huge safety hazard for people who are allergic to coconut even take a place like this would be Michael of that.

Fabulous Vegan Huevos Rancheros as usual. Can’t wait for their amazing fall Thursday Nut Loaf!

10/10 place to enjoy tasty organic foods! I ordered the matcha mochi with the sweet help of the employees, helping me decide which one to choose based on which was sweeter. so I ended up buying the strawberry rose one too! I regret not buying any of their desserts cause my eyes and mouth were both watering at the sight of them… 🤤🤤

If you visit Ojai, this is a must stop /experience. Farmer and the Cook are the gem and the jewel of Ojai and Meiners Oaks. Phenomenal food and some of the most healthy vegetables and fruits in all the land!
The Farmer’s connection to the food and the Earth is palpable on the tongue. The Cook’s touch on all of the menu items is wildly delicious perfection! Thank you for being our rock.

The 3 Fish (mushroom) tacos contained about 1 medium size mushroom and about 2 full cups of fried breading. Felt like a waste of $ and time. Cool li'l food market and pleasant friendly staff.

Super flavorful vegetarian and vegan food with a Mexican theme. Tacos, tostadas, burritos with incredible vegetable combinations and sauces. It’s also a healthy food market with fresh produce. Great place!

Incredible smoothies, breakfast items, and burritos. We love it here! Also immaculate vibes. And the cutest cat if you’re lucky enough to spot him napping on one of the stools.

I am a faith, healer, and I was living in Oxnard when I was introduced to Ojai.
My sister had lived in California a lot longer than me and knew of Ojai and I was a new beginning person trying to find a place to find a healing place to settle my roots.
When we both arrived, we both ordered a piece of quiche. Unless I’m in France, I don’t want to try anyone’s quiche however I did try. It was absolutely unbelievable. Now that I live on the East Coast and cannot get back to California on a regular basis I asked the owner if she would be willing to give me the recipe if I sent her a famous cookbook from Charleston, South Carolina, which is superb. She was so sweet and obliged and gave me the recipe so now I am in North Carolina or Virginia or Washington DC Maryland or Florida or sometimes Georgia and I can make this wonderful quiche. Thank you so much. It takes a village. I love you to pieces. You are one of the best places I’ve ever visited. I appreciate you and I hope you appreciate the cookbook I sent back. Love you more bye-bye.
