I called the store and asked the employee what oil they use to cook in, he told me that you use canola oil. Either you are lying to your customers or ur employees are misinformed. I would like to know the truth.
I thought this place was fine until I found out that they use seed oil, specifically canola oil, to cook their “organic” food. It’s a shame. I wish they disclosed this type of harmful information before I unfortunately ate here several times. And not to mention, they’re always out of their smoothies, juices, and coffee. If they switch to using a healthy cooking oil such as beef tallow or avocado then I would support this restaurant.
Good eats.
Variety of seating options.
Locally sourced produce & goods.
Ate here many times today the rolled taco was extremely over done and horrible compared to past times I've ate here and loved this specific dish. Just gross and horrible that they serve food that is practically inedible. Also the premade rice roll was HORRIBLE. I am choosing to not waste my money here and get ripped off anymore. Super sad because this was a favorite restaurant of mine.
Super cute spot! Went for breakfast for the first time this week and it was so good we returned for dinner! Classic California vibes with whole, locally grown fare, fresh, healthy and delicious! We had smoothies, lattes, baked goods, tacos and the veggie burger and everything was soooo good. Loved eating in the side yard under the trees, kids and dogs running around. Perfect cafe 100/10
Love the baked goods.
Best cafe in Ojai. Period.
The atmosphere is good, there are always a lot of visitors with dogs. Good selection of organic goods. Service - as luck would have it. Sometimes you are greeted with smiles, sometimes you are deliberately ignored. The food is ordinary, for vegans - the menu is good. The waiting time for a smoothie sometimes exceeds 20-30 minutes. No desire to return yet
This place is incredibly special. If you’re there for taco Tuesday, they make the best in-house corn tortillas. All the love to the people who work there

Great local place - devoured the strawberries and tomatoes we bought there. Their smoothies are inspiring me to new heights with my own smoothie making!
