My boyfriend just came from here with his family friend who was treating us to lunch. He ordered pick up online and it was supposed to be ready at 11:39AM and was not there when he arrived late around 12:15. It was very busy and full of people. There were no chips which we ordered but also two of our sandwiches was incorrect. I ordered the veggie sandwich and I opened it and there was only lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. Nothing else. I had modified it to have no onion but I did not want everything taken off. Very disappointing.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I have ordered online 3 times, the first time they gave me the completely wrong sandwiches and refused to refund me. The second time they messed up the order but got the type of sandwiches correct. The third time they almost got the order right but I had to wait 20 minutes from the time my order was supposed to be completed.

Last year I got a Jersey Mike's gift card from work for being a good boy but unfortunately I couldn't use it there after numerous attempts. There's rarely parking anywhere near it, and the times (two to be exact) I found a parking spot, I walked in only to find several people waiting for their orders with various degrees of impatience imprinted on their faces and one solo and highly stressed-out employee furiously trying to fulfill them. I turned around and left both times; I try to avoid patronizing badly-managed places like that and wound up spending my gift card elsewhere. To paraphrase Douglas MacArthur, I shall not return.
