I went for the burger. It was tasty. However I think it wasn’t much food for $20 burger. Meat wasn’t large. Also, I think there was a fair amount of sugar in the sauce. It was quite sweet. I limit how much sugar I have. A diabetic should ask how much sugar is in this burger before ordering.

We stopped by Sama Sama for lunch on our way back to Los Angeles from camping. I had the wagyu cheeseburger, and it was so delicious — the meat was very juicy. I’d love to try another dish next time I’m in Ojai.

Charged extra for a tiny little container of dressing after giving it to me for free the first 5 times I went. The food is so dry without extra sauce and to charge extra for it is so lame.

Absolutely my go-to for a food and a drink in the Arcade downtown section of Ojai. The signature wings are spicy and delicious and, as broke as I am at times, still completely worth $16. For reals. The service here is fabulous, and I love supporting local brews. I'm allergic to beer but still come because they have an incredibly tasty grapefruit seltzer that sits very well with me, unlike a nasty Truly or any other crappy Pepsi/Coke brand seltzer. People at this bar are well behaved and I always feel comfortable bringing my kid here. Trivia night every other Tuesday is super fun. I just love this place.

Great little place inside Topa Topa Brewery with patio tables for catching a great view of the mountains or people watching. Fast, friendly service and the Wagyu burger was the best!
Five stars for the food, the atmosphere and friendly service. The food is incredible! The Cauliflower appetizer and glazed eggs in the Dunburi bowls are in the category of one bite and in total bliss-I may ask for a side of those eggs next time! I had previously shared a concern on a review about the lack of seating for elderly/disabled persons only to learn that Little Sama does not own the common eating space but will try to address it. That works for me, not their fault. Hopefully they'll be able to rectify with the owners and until then, my 80+ year old Mom (local), and my close friend with Spinal Atrophy will hope the lower table is free, or take out & bring to my mom's. Either way, this is an amazing place to eat, have a beer, etc. It makes for a perfect Ojai day!
