Mandala Restaurant - Tibetan, Japanese and Indian

Got the momo soup and a sushi roll, both were very good. The employees are incredibly warm and kind, they gave us free desert. 100% recommend, we will be coming back again.

Dorje and his staff were attentive, kind, friendly, and hospitable.
Every dish we ordered was delicious and freshly made.
During our stay in Ojai, we visited Mandala every night and were able to visit Dorje.
We highly recommend this restaurant!

We come here only once a year, because we camping in this area once a year, but we always look forward to it. They have a dog friendly patio, the portions are great and the variety of food is delicious.

Extremely disappointed. Staff was nice enough but the food incredibly bland. Prices did not match the menu nor did any of the photos of the food.

This is just such a great little restaurant with a low key peaceful vibe. The food is always excellent and the staff are so sweet.

The food was hot, tasty and comforting. Tried Jalapeno Spicy Tuna, the Shrimp Tempura and Golden Philly rolls, chicken fried rice (spicy) and the veggie momo soup. Loved all of them. It's a simple, peaceful spot with a lot of soul. Just like Ojai.

We stopped into Mandala on our trip through Ojai going home to Santa Cruz and it was so delicious! My partner and I agreed that it was the best Momo Veggie soup we had ever tasted!! I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. The owners are also very kind and have a very interesting story you can read on the back of their menu. It was beautiful to see the intention and care they put into the restaurant, and their books and decor are very interesting too!

The food was OK- good but not great. The atmosphere was old and in need of updating. The service was not good. The waitress was very nice but we didn't get place settings after we sat down and had to ask for everything. After the food was delivered we didn't see the waitress at all. We had to go inside and ask for the check. It seems like this place gears itself for take out orders and dine in customers are an afterthought.

Hi guy's, don't skip on this place and they have incredible Tibetan Momo, Japanese sushi and Indian curries and Tap beer selection. What a great place! My husband is vegan and I enjoy fish so it’s the perfect place for both of us to get exactly what we want! The service is extraordinary. It’s a family owned place and you can feel that. They serve sake-based cocktails are delicious as well as wine and beer. You just can’t go wrong with anything . We also love to come here because we can sit on the patio with our dog.
