We had a wonderful dinner at Nocciola! We enjoyed the ambience on the outdoor terrace, the pork chop, bolognese, scallops, salad, and short rib. Excellent service. The wine menu is a bit small and lacking, but the cocktails were very lovely.

Not the best Italian food I've ever had. But it was a good meal.

Excellent service and food. Say on the patio in the early evening and it was beautiful. Drinks were good and the appetizers were delicious.

We've been coming here for years and always loved the food and service. But tonight, we had a horrible experience. We made a reservation one month ago, and when we arrived, we were seated at a tiny table in the bar. The table was too small for two people. When we asked for another table, the owner started yelling at us that we disrespected his restaurant. Really? That's how customers are treated? He continued to argue with us rather than seating us at another table. We were willing to wait, but after such horrible treatment, we decided to spend our money at other establishments that treat customers with respect.

Our first time here, this place has been on our list for over a year and the timing finally lined up for us to check it out. The place is quaint and elegant. Our server, Anthony, was very attentive and had a great recommendation for the roasted beet ravioli. We split a salad, a soup and a pasta which they plated separately for us and did not charge us a split plate fee. I was pleased with each dish. They were pretty spaced out and if we hadn’t needed to catch our movie after, we would have felt more relaxed to stay. All in all it was a lovely experience and we will be back to try the spaghetti!

Used to love this place. Returned after a couple of years. Service was attentive but cold. Food was no longer special. Some dishes were very routine (ravioli, boar pasta), duck sauce was dense and sweet. Salad was fine. Scallops were about the only standout in a good way. Would not necessarily recomment anymore. Did the chef change?

The food was ahhhh-mazing! We ordered the Kurobota porkchops and bolognese and they were both delicious! I wanted more. The ambiance was relaxed, perfect for a quiet dinner - or drinks with friends. There were a mix of guests when we went for dinner and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Set in what used to be someone's home transformed into an Italian resto, I thought the whole place passed the vibe check. Service was on point. We were greeted by the Manager who provided a list of the specials that night, along with consistent check ins by our server to make sure we weren't out of water or anything that needed attention. Can't miss this place when you're in Ojai! I would def go back.

Best, Italian food in Ventura county. Their pasta is traditionally cooked, and the bread is like something out of a dream. The olive oil is the best I've tasted in my whole life, and of course, it comes from Tuscany. They have a good selection of appetizers, and I suggest the beet salad and prosciutto plate with cheese and yummy bread if its available.
The service is absolutely 5 stars.

Nocciola is our go-to restaurant for outstanding food and service. The chef has true culinary vision. When we’re celebrating any special occasion we choose the chef’s choice, 5 course seating. FANTASTIC!! Always a winner. It’s a little more costly, but well worth it. And the staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

I’ve never left Nocciola’s disappointed. They are deserving of Michelin status. A great find in Ojai!!

This is a great little spot for dinner! We sat on the patio which was lovely. The atmosphere was homey, the cocktails were good and the food was excellent. Homemade pasta, need I say more?! We had our 4 year old with us (there was one other table with kids) and he got butter noddles and I kid you not, some of the best butter noddles I’ve tried. I could have just eaten his meal because the actual pasta was just that fresh & delicious. They were friendly and accommodating and we will be back!
