We had a wonderful dinner at Nocciola! We enjoyed the ambience on the outdoor terrace, the pork chop, bolognese, scallops, salad, and short rib. Excellent service. The wine menu is a bit small and lacking, but the cocktails were very lovely.
Our first time here, this place has been on our list for over a year and the timing finally lined up for us to check it out. The place is quaint and elegant. Our server, Anthony, was very attentive and had a great recommendation for the roasted beet ravioli. We split a salad, a soup and a pasta which they plated separately for us and did not charge us a split plate fee. I was pleased with each dish. Used to love this place. Returned after a couple of years. Service was attentive but cold. Food was no longer special. Some dishes were very routine (ravioli, boar pasta), duck sauce was dense and sweet. Salad was fine. Scallops were about the only standout in a good way. Would not necessarily recomment anymore. Did the chef change?
