Terrible coffee with rude stuff!! Stay away from this place. I highly do not recommend this cafe. There are much better cafes in nearby around.

Roasters is my go to place to work from in Ojai. The atmosphere is so cozy, the owner and baristas so incredibly welcoming to all, the lattes and food delicious! It’s a special place to me .. my late husband actually became friends with Stacey first, he was from Tanzania and they bonded over coffee growing and roasting that he was interested in from his native country. Because of their friendship, he would often bring me gifts (mugs, pastries..) from her and it became our go to place for a coffee date. He would always buy the coffee cake which he might have HALF a bite of but he knew I would eat it all if he got it but that I wouldn’t l order it myself :) I have many happy memories here with him, and since he passed I am creating more. It’s such a safe and cozy place to read or work or chat with other patrons. Love this place!

I cannot support a business where staff feel entitled to interrogate and remove a customer who was quietly sitting down figuring out what to get. My friend was literally asked if her own bag was hers, and a staff member even picked it up as if to remove her belongings. That is completely inappropriate and invasive. She was then told to leave within minutes of sitting down, despite doing nothing wrong. The whole interaction felt targeted and racially motivated. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

A friend of ours had visited Ojai Coffee Roasters and raved about the coffee. I ordered a sample box to try a variety of different blends. Each one was amazing! Stacey is the kindest person, and she makes the BEST coffee in Ventura County. The employees are so kind. The food is AMAZING and the Honey Cinnamon Latte is to DIE FOR. The vibes are immaculate.
I ordered the Golden Turmeric on ice… Amazing! Mind blowing! Shifting! Exactly what I needed for the bike ride back to Ventura

Since there aren’t many coffee shops around and this one came highly recommended, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, the coffee was really disappointing—definitely not good at all. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I am a local, and have given this coffee shop many tries, but continue to be disappointed. The food/ drinks are very average. I generally have had good/ okay experiences with the staff, but the owner is the exception. She treated me very poorly, saying I needed to leave if I wasn't going to order anything because I was taking up a seat and using her wifi. (I was using my hotspot)The store was nearly empty and I was sitting quietly in the corner doing my work. She told me I was very disrespectful for sitting in her shop doing my work without purchasing anything. I would have bought something if she wasn't so rude, but I decided to pack up and leave, and I will not be returning.

My first time here at Ojai Coffee Roasters and I must say that I love this place. I ordered a vanilla flat white and it’s definitely satisfying. Plus the owner Ms. Stacy started a small chat with us about her coffee shop and I can feel that she truly love her shop! Ms. Stacy was such a sweet lady and I will never forget your positive energy!
