Beyond disappointed. We frequently order an Italian sub sandwich with extra toasty bread. We had a beer while waiting for our last order. After what seemed like a long time, I inquired about our order. The hostess went to check on it. Sandwich in hand, she said it was on a hot warmer. We left for the five mile trip to my house. The meat was refrigerator cold and the bread was not toasted, even slightly. I called to complain and was told it should have been hot. I was offered another sandwich but at that point we were already home. I was offered to have my order comped. As of today I have received no refund. This is not the first time our sandwich has not been hot and toasty and it was the worst.

We're visiting from out of town. They didn't offer a white pizza so we settled on the margarita pizza. The staff was super nice and friendly but the pizza not so good. The crust was soggy/flimsy and there was too much sauce/ingredients on the top. Not what we were expecting. We were really disappointed....

Soup anyone? This pizza was the soggiest ever. This is a XL and none of the slices could hold it's toppings. We had to use a SPOON! to eat it. Waited 40 minutes on a Sunday, 3pm. I did receive a partial refund but honestly, why even put this product out there to represent your company? Just make it again and give a first time customer the best experience and product possible.

The ingredients this place uses are fresh and the establishment is clean. Unfortunately, last time I was here I noticed that the dough mixer was leaking grease from above onto the dough, thus contaminating the dough. I mentioned it to one of the workers and all they said was that the grease "gives flavor to the dough". This totally discouraged me from ever going again to Ojai Pizza and I would discourage anyone from eating there unless they like eating machine grease/lubricant.
Tried the BBQ chicken pizza which was good (the BBQ sauce is just a little overpowering) and “The BOMB” which was simple but good. Got size xs which has 4 slices (perfect for two)
