This place is incredible! The location is gorgeous, all of the amenities are incredible, and the customer service is unmatched! I recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star weekend!! Left feeling refreshed and relaxed!

I always love a stay at the Ojai Valley Inn!! I usually come with my husband and kids. When we visit we love the kids pool, kids club, tennis courts, bike rental and driving range. Along with the fabulous restaurants where we can see them running around while we eat. All the rooms we’ve stayed in have always been large and amazing. This trip I brought my mom and sister for their birthdays. I booked it through American Express Fine Hotels. This gave us $70 towards breakfast everyday, $100 hotel credit, chocolates in the room, 4PM checkout and a room upgrade if available. When we arrived they said they were fully booked and could not offer a room upgrade. I have always been it great rooms and expected the basic room to be the same. Unfortunately it wasn’t. It was small, had a small balcony with only 2 chairs- there were three of us, and a view of dirt. I’m not one to complain but we were there to celebrate my mom’s and sister’s birthday so I asked if we could be moved to a room that could at least have room for all 3 of us in the balcony. They were able to find a room in Shangrila and it was great. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills and a huge balcony with loungers and a table with 4 chairs. Thank you to the manager that switched our room!!! We enjoyed all the amenities at the Inn. Delicious food at the Oak and great with gluten allergy. - the night hostess and front manager were rude but everything else wonderful. We used the fitness area and attended yoga and water Pilates which we loved. We went to the artist cottage and made succulents. Really enjoyed the artist cottage happy hour with a glass of wine and potpourri. Adult pool was super relaxing and service there was excellent. As with every time I leave there I can’t wait to go back. It is an amazing resort with excellent service.

The most amazing staff at the most amazing resort! Everything was top notch! Always love coming here for the espnW summit. Enjoyed the food and the spa! Can’t wait to come back with the family instead of being on business so we can enjoy the grounds even more

A slice from heaven...a must stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The resort is private and quiet. We love that the pool and hot tub never closed and the bikes on site to explore downtown were such a nice touch.

What a beautiful property. Ojai Valley Inn is incredible. Very nice rooms and great service. The swimming pool has an spectacular view. The food is very good too. Can’t wait to go back and spend more time there.

Gorgeous property! I brought my husband to a work trip. I had meeting at the Farm House and he worked, but lunch and dinners on the property were amazing. We wished we had booked a few extra days. It is a STUNNING property with an absolutely magical feel. We will definitely go back without work next time!!

Gorgeous natural property with excellent food and wonderful staff. The grounds are incredible with majestic oaks, natural landscaping and several private seating areas. There are several restaurants and the food was excellent. We attended a business conference and the services were very well organized and efficient. A very memorable experience!

My firm went to Ojai Valley Inn for its firm retreat. I got to attend a beekeeping session which was fascinating, and spend a morning at the spa at which I got a terrific massage. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the resort. The room was well equipped with a very comfortable bed. It’s a beautiful resort and I hope to return.

5-star accomodations and the landscaping and grounds amazing. Food and drinks were great!! Spa is incredible. Staff is always responsive, polite, engaging, helpful and positive energy. Love the shops during the day and firepits at night.
Underwhelming to say the least. Took a break from a spa day with the girls at the Spa Ojai at the Ojai Valley Inn. In trying to keep it light, I opted for a green salad but ended up with with iceberg lettuce, limp broccoli and cold potato chunks. Blech. Thankfully, the lavender lemonade made the meal worthwhile. If you drop in, opt for their smoothies instead.

Spent 4 days at Ojai Valley Inn before the 4th of July holiday. Endlessly impressed by the impeccable staff, gorgeous grounds, spacious fireplace guest room, multitude of activities for all ages, stunning and challenging golf course, delicious food and the absolute BEST spa services I have ever had. We cannot wait to return!

The property is very pretty. If you have kids and play golf, I think this would be a great spot for a family trip. The Artist Cottage seems like a really fun feature for kids. The bike trail into Ojai town is accessible and a nice way to spend the day. Fire puts for night are great!

We have been visiting ojai valley inn for years. It’s the perfect balance of fancy and comfortable . Understated elegance . The service and rooms are excellent . The setting is beautiful . We love that it’s just a couple hour drive and yet feels so different than home

I've stayed at the Ojai Valley Inn more than 10 times. It's a magical property, but their pricing has doubled since reopening after the pandemic. I'm not sure it's now worth the exorbitant cost. Incentives which used to help offset the already high prices have disappeared, such as midweek happy hour menus and meaningful seasonal discounts. Very disappointing.
