I went through the drive through today 01/27/2025 around 2:23 pm, Drive through staff was very rude. My encounter was with a male barista and he Seemed annoyed that I asked to remake my drink, got two drinks both did not taste right. First time here wouldn’t come back!

Coffee is fine, everyone behind the counter looked as if they were unhappy, it seemed that everything was smoothly operating, but then I stood at the counter being totally ignored, multiple associates saw me and yet none even said anything or even acknowledged me. When someone came over there was no apology for the wait. As a previous SB employee I was pretty disappointed how far customer service has dropped from their focus.

I maybe found an the alt coffewebs for this but our drive through crew deserves the stars! I don't tend to want Starbucks, but made the impulse to grab a drink and our drive through team was outstanding. They alone are the reason I'm posting. Cheers Starbucks for this team in Ojia!

They messed up my drink twice in a row which was pretty disappointing.. first time they put Java chips in my salted caramel frappe and the fluffy foam on top was completely liquid… second time same thing with the foam and there was no caramel on top at all..
Update: returned and the last few times the drinks have been wonderful!
