I usually have great experience and service at this Starbucks. On this particular day, I ordered two large drinks, one iced one hot. I was very careful when explaining what I wanted I said one drink is going to be hot and one will be iced. I was specific about that because usually when I Order an iced drink and a hot drink they both come out iced. With this past experience, I was very specific and slow in ordering. The woman in the drive-through who was taking my order kept repeating the wrong order until she finally got it right. This is not a big deal as I understand how retail can be tiring, especially at the end of the day. I had a nice attitude the whole time and was very chill. When I got to the window, she handed me two iced drinks. I said oh this one is actually hot. I explained that my daughter would not like an iced drink as she never orders iced beverages. I was super sweet when letting her know this. I already paid and tipped when I told the woman that the drink was hot. She said oh OK, and they went ahead and made me another drink. When she handed me the new drink she had a definite attitude and looked at me like a spoiled little girl who did not get her way. She was literally angry at me for her own mistake. This was really annoying to me as I had given her a tip and was super nice to her. This happened on Tuesday 4/16/24 at 6:15 PM. I don’t really want to go back to this Starbucks because I honestly didn’t deserve that behavior. There is this one gentleman who usually works the drive-through who is fabulous. I usually see him and always have an amazing experience. He definitely deserves a raise.

Somehow it’s always Alex at the register when I come in. He is always so friendly and helpful. I can tell he’s a hard worker and cares about his job. This makes my customer experience so much better and makes this location stand out. My drinks almost always turn out perfect at this location and they’re pretty quick as well.

Ordered through App, for inside pick-up, once I arrived the lobby was closed and I had to pick up order through drive-thru. There was a long line, very inconvenient for us that are on our way to work. Can the hours be edited through app??? To avoid this from happening again.

Best Starbucks location! Luv our local lil Starbucks. Workers are so nice and always remember my order. They also give my dog a pup cup every time she peeks her head out of the window! <3

We stop at this Starbucks frequently after playing golf and we love it when Justin is working. Justin is friendly, warm, and makes us feel so good. He alone is reason enough to come to this Starbucks.

Went late at night just 30 min before closing I was helped by monse, let me just say she was so nice and super helpful and to top it off she made the drinks perfect ! Best I've ever had

Coffee is great and on par with other locations. Current management regularly closes the lobby outside of posted hours and foc a you to pick up orders through the drive thru. In addition the posted lobby hours do not reflect lobby closures in the app.Better communication by leadership would raise this rating by two stars. Service and recognition of a 24 minute drive thru wait would have given another star for a full five star rating. I will avoid this location and pursue non drive thru locations in the future.

We just ordered from the drive thru and was helped by Justin. His energy was infectious, his enthusiasm was evident and he provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a Starbucks Drive Thru.... Ever.The food was as expected, warm cookies and cake pops for the kids and the salted caramel sweet cream cold brew was amazing, as always. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and visit because of Justin's amazing customer service and attitude. He was fantastic.

This Starbucks location truly embodies the coffee shop stereotype. It has a handful of small and long tables for people to gather at when drinking coffee or as is more typical lately working on their laptops in isolation. I did really enjoy the nice wooden benches which seem to be well built and looked inviting.We ordered one of their overpriced under flavored $7 drinks and it tasted nothing like what we ordered. For some reason caramel tastes like chocolate. Go figure.That's about what I expect from Starbucks anymore though. Overpriced, over sugared, and enough calories to replace a meal or two,Ordering from the counter was unpleasant but they did make the drink quickly, fwiw. It was a good reminder as to why I normally actively avoid Starbucks.
