Yes five stars for Taco Bell I only gave the Waldorf Astoria in Panama 3 or 2 I don't remember. The Waldorf was claiming to be something they were not. Taco Bell exceeded my expectations. I had the five layer burrito and they gave it to me for free because I signed up for the app. I had low expectations I asked for extra onions hot sauce and Diablo sauce. Okay I know it's plebeian, but the Diablo sauce rocks for something out of a squeeze pack. Didn't charge me anymore although it was free anyway. Albeit, smaller than I expected but completely satisfying. I wholeheartedly recommend Ojai Taco Bell if you want some fast food and don't want to patronize Mickey D's. I go to Mickey D's often because they have clean bathrooms and that is it. I can't promote the grooming. 7,700,000+ Google views and counting. Level 8 Google guide. All for fun and free because I want to know places to go to that I will enjoy and have a good time at so I know what to expect.

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is clean and the food is ok. While I don't mind kiosk ordering. It just gives the employees an excuse to hide in the back and not even acknowledge customers.

When u get home and are missing food All to call and be told they know they put all the food in the bag... Like why am I going to call for 2 tacos if u gave them to me... She offered no apology for the inconvenience since she made the order and believes we got the tacos... Seriously ridiculous and when I asked for a supervisors name to follow up with we were told they couldn't give that information. This location is usually outstandings unfortunately someone needs to be trained better in how to deal with customer issues since replacing missing food and apologizing is the basics.

Taco Bell has cut their staff and forcing patrons to order their own food with Kiosks. Unfortunately there are a few people that order that are not clean touching the Kiosks before you do. The staff is great but seem short handed.
The service is good the people all but 1 have great attitudes Alissa should refrain from giving judgemental looks while on shift other than that food and atmosphere is excellent would highly recommend it

This taco bell used to do it better than any other. Now they suck Service is slow. Manager seemed to be more occupied with trying to speak with the female on staff, that seemed a fair bit younger than him, than he was with actually getting anything done.
There were maybe two people inside when i went in, and it was dead silent aside from the guy laughing at his own jokes and stories alone.
Would not recommend to go here.
Update, its now worse, they dont put the box meals in boxes and instead let it sit in the bag to get scattered and thrashed about, they place hot food on top of meals containing cold sour cream, left the worlds fattest f-in gap in my slushie, and on top of that their Crunchwraps now have a reputation for being practically empty aside from a thin layer of lettuce and tomato. The rest of the “fillings” meant to be present are more of just essences. Essence of beef lmao.
Damn shame too, used to be a good taco bell location back in the day.

My first “fast food” review but it’s worth it because this Taco Bell has been all-around wonderful. We’re from Ventura and we’ve driven up to this location for multiple reasons:1. Customizable orders! (Aka items that are no longer on the menu but they will make them for you!)2. It’s never been too packed. Just a couple people rotating in or out.3. It really is in a beautiful location with the mountainside4. When I walked into the restroom, it was clean and smelled of fresh bleach (but *not* overwhelming; it was more reassuring like it had just been cleaned.) Definitely 5 stars!
