“Love there Burgers! But very disappointed. The first four or five times we ordered we went through DoorDash. And the food was hot. And delicious. And they kept prompting us to stand up on the way back. Which I finally did. The last four deliveries which concludes all of our orders on the app. The food has been delivered cold and taken almost an hour to arrive. Fortunately, their burgers are so awesome they were good even cold. Last night the delivery driver tried to make excuses immediately upon entering my gate. When I got in the house, I was disappointed to find a food cold. We are not unfit or overweight by any means. But we order approximately 7 to 8 times a month lately. Very disappointed in the app. Will give it one more try tonight. Saturday, October 12.
Update 10-18-25; Wayback stepped up big time and made this right. The last few deliveries have been less than 15 minutes. And the food was hot and awesome. I love their burgers. And I’m so happy they resolved it. Planning on ordering again tonight.“

“When we go for breakfast, I always order the same thing: sweet cream pancakes with a side of bacon and coffee. They make the best pancakes in town...warning, they are huge! The servers are all so sweet and on top of everything. We never had to ask for a coffee refill.“

“This place is very clean, however I think they should adjust the air conditioning because it's kind of hot inside the dining area. It's very busy (lunch hour rush). I'm surprised that they actually do have very good service for as few employees behind the counter. The staff here is very nice and friendly. I do believe they should have one or two more employees here because the four I see behind the counter are kind of struggling to keep up with the demand. Love the open kitchen design or layout of the place.“

“The food was good. The omeletts don't come with harsh browns like they use to. You get a choice of pancakes, hash browns or buttered toast. Coffee is $4.59 a cup. They leave a small carafe at the table but there isn't much coffee and my server didn't check back often and keep it filled.“
