“Oh wow. I picked up a pound of the most incredible lay tender, super tasty, super thin sliced marinated pork at the farmers market for that evenings dinner... cause having dinner done by 9am is joy. The pork was delicious and as were the sides I chose- roasted beets and SCHMALTZY potatoes. This Jewish girl appreciated the taste of grandma in those 🥔 ❤️. Looking forward to next week - and trying the lamb!“
