Best apres-ski place on the mountain and in Lake Tahoe. Full of locals and visitors enjoying drinks after a long day skiing. Only downside is it can get too packed and ordering a drink takes longer than anticipated if you’re short like me
We stopped by for a few drinks and stayed for the massive customer appreciation party.This is a place that is perfectly situated as the heart of the Palisades.An apt metaphor of the vibes radiating from Le Chamois and the people here who all refer to themselves as locals.The staff was so inviting, we were treated like long-time friends. It felt like we could have been in our own neighborhood bar.Tip: buy the pre-paid punch card for beer and save a ton of money while you share...
Le Chamois is one of the most well-known places to grab a drink after a long day of skiing at Palasides Tahoe. It's no frills like most of the best apres spots at ski mountains, but this place is a must visit to refresh and recharge! It was very crowded on the occasion that we stopped by. The service was still excellent.
