Our server, Steven, was EXCELLENT!?The food was just so-so. Ribs were tough, Alfredo noodle sauce was too thick, and the Cole slaw was bland, almost tasteless (no raisins, no pineapple bits).

When my wife and i arrived, we were told a max 30 min wait . So we put our names on the list and sat at the bar and bought drinks. An hour goes by and I check where we were on the list and we were 3rd. Well that turned into another 30 minutes, found out the manager just up and quit. The bar tender was cool. He told them to sit us down. By the time we ordered. Our food was cold and soggy. We rejected it. During that time we just had 2 appetizers. So full of booze and disappointment we left. This by far was the worst experience iv ever had at an Applebees. Disappointed ☹️

We were met by a not so enthusiastic hostess and were taken to a spacious booth in the bar area. Karla V served us with a smile (minus the constant “hey guys” that we were referred to as). Beverages took a little time, which is as expected at Applebee’s. The manager brought us our dinner. Which of course was delicious and affordable. My personal favorite is their sizzling dessert. However, this time it was not sizzling as expected. Overall, it was a good visit.
My 96 year old friend and I had lunch here. After a shopping trip to Sam's Club. Our service was excellent ?. The young 20 year old (soon to be 21 next month) man was attentive, polite and so respectful. AARYAN, your supervisor needs to promote you to Bar Tending next month. You young man can be a manager. You have what it takes. Beryl and I (Patti) were so very impressed with you. You made these two old ladies feel valued. Thank you so much for that. Have a blessed day. Silverware was dirty. May I suggest your wait staff take all of them when not busy, and use salt and club soda to polish them. That's what we did at restaurants I worked at if that helps. I ordered the broccoli chicken Alfredo. Was hot but needed more sauce and had a very salty sour taste. I did not finish or take it with me. Stayed at a hotel for work at toyota Arena. With hotels and an airport nearby, regardless of the walks of life around any business... you do not mess with your customers' food, especially mine!!! Something was not right with that dish. You won't eat it yourself or serve it to your mother. Do not send it to the server to give to a customer. The server I do not wish to lose her job but I will say please do not assume the people who spends money at the place you work. I have made that error myself and felt awful. You were nice and did well. Otherwise, thank you.
