I would give this place 5 stars for staff and freshness of food and service for the people actually working there, but I'm leaving 3 because whoever is running the drive thru speaker is infuriating. Do they even know what they are saying? And it sounds like they are working out of a call center. Sheeeesh! Dude still wasted 15 min of my time even when I ordered online to not deal with him taking my order

They will still make a Super if you ask. The buns are not as large as they were when it was on the menu, but it tastes the same.
This place was terrible, I had to tell them my order twice, once at the drive thru and once again at the window and they still got my order wrong. My powerade felt watered down like they ran out of syrup or something and I ordered the bacon cheesy burger and got no bacon at all. The fries were sub par and the burger was decent but without the bacon that i paid for it made the meal not worth the drive. I ordered mozarella sticks and the sticks were decent, they were really the star of the show. Can't believe I spent 28 bucks for my 1st time going to Arbys and I'm Never going to Arby's ever again.

Quick service, about the time I was seated, my order was ready, My loaded fries were fun, hadn't seen them on the menu before so thought I'd try them. The store is clean and tidy, they really have an eye out to that in the Ontario store, go visit, just down the road from Ontario airport, Archibald just below the 60 freeway.
