This company used to be awesome! It’s been years since I have had anything to eat here. Just recently I wanted my kids to experience the food at this restaurant for the first time. What a disappointment!! Ridiculously overpriced. Spent $9 for a cheap pretzel with a nasty marinara sauce made in a factory for $3!! We threw it away!

Stale, overcooked, hard pretzels. Almost always have to ask for fresh ones, and that comes with an attitude. They advertise 2 for $11 pretzel nuggets but will charge you full price and then deny a full refund. The owner will come out and argue with you because there's a comprehension gap - I pay for her employees mistakes and that's FINAL. Go to another store where the staff are not stingy with the customer service, fresh food, or ethics. I would come here all the time for my daughter's pretzel requests, even when they were old. Wetzels will have my business from now on because management on site couldn't fix the simple mistake.
The pretzel was stale and chewy in a way the caused jaw pain to get through. Made me want to spit out the bite and after one bite I wanted to throw away my cinnamon sugar pretzel. Had my friend try it and she agreed it was terrible and felt like last nights day old that they were selling at 11am. Had to throw away after a single bite, 0/10 recommend.

I like auntie pretzel, but this place is the worst. I have been the pretzel in other outlets. Other places are so welcome and sometime they have a sample I remembered. Today I purchased a almond pretzel and just ask for do they have mini sample, the guy was so bad attitude and looks like it’s a weird question. I understood no sample but It should be not service, there is an lady looks like an owner stand by his right side and push him help the other guest after me. BUY ANOTHER STORE I SUGGEST

Standard Auntie Anne's. Warm, delicious, bite-sized treats never fail when walking and exploring Ontario Mills. Defiantly a must for a mid-day snack.Highly recommend stopping while shopping.Don't forget to tip!
