Baja fresh is a guilty pleasure for me. Whenever I fly into Ontario airport I stop by for a Baja Chicken Burrito. The staff is friendly and the food tastes fresh.

We came to try out the place for fish and shrimp tacos and I hv to say that they were nasty! The fish had no flavor and they put 3 little tiny a** shrimp in the taco! It was more like a veggie taco. The worse part is that they charge 5$ for a taco! Really!? Horrible! Never again!!

This was my lunch spot when I worked in Ontario a couple yrs ago. Went to visit for lunch recently and the quality and quantity were lacking. Salsa bar still closed. :(

This was my family's go to place. We order the same taco kit almost a dozen different times. This time I noticed the price increased but that was ok. But when I got it home I noticed the meat was half as full then normal. Not ok! Called and asked hey may be there was a mistake, but nope they said it was right and I was wrong and the other times I ordered they just might of over portioned the meat.

I ordered the steak fajita platter. The food was somewhat bland and the meat tasted over cooked and tough. The costumer service was great though and the employees were nice.

Great food and reasonable prices however the staff is lazy. There were no clean tables and the floor was filthy, with the exception of the manager the staff was laughing and playing on their phones behind the counter. So I grabbed a towel and spray bottle and cleaned all the tables. It's pretty bad sign when your customer does your job better than you do.

AWESOME customer service. Haven't been in years been going to King Taco, so I thought I would grab some carne asada tacos real quick.. Unfortunately, the food tastes differently now. We used to enjoy at least twice a week in the mid 2000s.

I love Baja Fresh, always have, and I wish there were more locations -- but on my visit today I noticed they changed their menu slightly, so I got the nacho burrito and I ordered it with the crispy wahoo fish. That was a mistake, my first bite and it tasted really off, I thought it could have maybe been the seasonings on the batter but when I tried the actual fish part, it was had really unsettling taste (and texture to be honest). I had to fish out the wahoo out of my burrito to enjoy, and everything else was fine. Whatever you do, don't get the wahoo fish. 3 stars because everything else was fine and normally Baja Fresh is always on point, just not this fish.
Large Rice and Beans.. Hold the beans.. Add Asada ?❤?❤? Excellent Customer Service... THANK YOU ??

First time at baja fresh; I liked it. Of course, it isn’t authentic Mexican food, but it offers the basics. Sadly, my chicken tacos were greasy at the bottom which made my experience a little unpleasant.

Can't say the good is bad or good. Think it is ok. Very small portions for the price. Cheese quesadilla had lots of cheese which is good but to pricey. Tacos tortillas were a little hard and they could use more meat. Service was good and the free chips n salsa great touch. I would come again to give something else a try.
