This is my go to for fries. I also like the$2.99 bag of the original hot sauce. It isn't hot per say but I love it's peppery flavor with fries it's awesome

Honestly come to this one all the time and feel like I get the same rude lady. At first I brushed it off as she is having a bad day but no. My husband and I came to sit inside this establishment and she seemed upset that we wanted to sit down and yanked my card from me. We weren't anything but nice to her. Our food was cold when we got it waited 20mins for it. she ignored my husband and other customers inside and seem to only focus on the drive thru. Her name is Guadalupe C.

One of my favorite fast food items is Baker’s ground beef and cheese burrito. I started a new job in Ontario about a month ago and I was glad that there’s a Baker’s right around the corner. About the second or third time I went there there was a problem with my order, but I went back a few days later and the manager there went out of his way to make things right. I always appreciate that kind of service. Will definitely return.

I stopped by there before my flight. That was the worst experience. I should've went to In N Out. The guy was scraping the bottom of the container for meat. My burrito was mostly tortilla, barely any meat and it was cold. The little cinnamon squares, were dry, rubbery and hallow. I took a bite and through it in the trash, same with the burrito. Guess they just hire anyone without cooking experience. The wait time was long, only one person in front of me. Didn't see a line in the drive thru.

First of all this is harsh to share because I've been a Bakers customer since 1992, it was always fresh and tasty , but lately the Archibald and Inland Empire locatio has fell off the taco shells are stale, the meat is old and very skimpy, the service is also lacking and this happened more than once I just knew it was a mistake the first time it happened but 3 times there is something wrong, and I love this restaurant, so I'm leaving this review in order to improve.
I wanted to use the bathroom before ordering. Mgr Adam demanded that I had to buy something first. I advised him that I would like to use the restroom before ordering which HE demanded. I do that with all restaurants and I have never had a problem with it. They just lost a valuable customer.

Food was terrible. Staff didn’t know the menu. I did not get my meal the way that I had asked for it. The staff was not friendly. The place was a disaster. Tables were not clean. The floor was dirty. I definitely don’t recommend stopping at this place
