I've been to this location a handful of times if not more but as of the late almost every time my order has been messed up. I've received an ungrilled chicken sandwich. The wrong burger and today was the day that will never bring me back, I found a long hair in my French fries. Seriously, fast food worker are getting paid top dollar and can't even get orders right. Do Better Bakers, at one point in time you were my go to! Not anymore.

Had to use self service ordering and still asking if I want to leave a tip! For What?? No personal service nice greeting to make you feel appreciated Dont do this Bakers don’t be another Taco Bell smh

got the baker burger combo, chicken taco, and street taco combo. burger and combo was really good. some complain about the size but I don't mind and prefer it like that. something satisfying yet not heavy. fries were also good. chicken taco was good also. not as well as from del taco yet still good (probably needs their little sauce they use lol). street taco was alright, did look like an actual taco you get from the street vendors. maybe needs more cilantro, and lime but that's on the person's preferences. only thing is that the chip had a rancid taste and smell. didn't really liked it and the only bad thing. drinks were got, got soda and strawberry lemonade. price was alright, bit expensive though. of course that's corporate greed for you, mostly every fast food restaurants are like that. overall my order was great.

I would like to request you change your hours for closing to whenever we feel like it. Twice in two months you have closed at least 30 minutes early and tonight when I pulled up to drive thru was greeted with a pre canned greeting asking me to try a meal, sat there and tried to prefer for 5 minutes with silence and then drove around to window to find out from Benny you closed early and “have been doing this recently”. What gives Bakers? Maria, Store Manager and Veronica, General Manager according to Benny, is this how this store is ran and is corporate okay with un communicated changes to the consumer? Guess I will find out when I contact corporate tomorrow…
Called corporate and left message and guessing by their silence they also close early. Straight garbage as far as customer service.

**I have the app and have eaten here as it was fast and convenient for 139 times since downloading app in 2020 per my history. Never again as not even corporate as gotten back to me!

Vising California and thought I'd give this place a shot. Food is what you'd expect but I wanted to give Guadalupe a shout out. Working the drive thru can be mundane but what a great personality. Friendly, clear, and accomidating. Great employee!!
The quality has really gone downhill. Not to mention the patties were about as thick as a slice of pepperoni and the bacon was translucent it was soo thin. I will never go back unfortunately.

Best chain in the IE! I just wish they expanded to LA county. I moved close to the 110 fwy and I have to drive to Upland to get me a Monterey Double Baker. Also, they have pretty good vegetarian options for being a fast food restaurant**Update** I don’t know what happened to this place. Idk if it was a change in ownership, wanting more profits, or just plain giving up on the franchise but the food has gone downhill big time and the prices have skyrocketed.
