First time visiting. I ordered a baker double cheese burger and cheddar bacon fries. It was really good & fresh. Customer service was amazing definitely recommend on coming back again

All I ordered was a red burrito with only 2 cars in front of me took over 20 minutes to even get to the window I didn't even have time to eat my food so I just left because I was on my lunch break won't be returning to this location terrible slow service.

I have no idea how this restaurant is posting a 4.2 on Google. That’s been a couple years since I’ve been to this location and I have to say my experience was just as bad today as it was a few years ago. First, I witnessed the girl working through the drive-thru literally fill the entire cup up with ice as she filled up the sprite that I ordered. Overflowing with ice full… I asked her for light ice after she opened up the window and she simply flips out a couple of ice cubes and went on to fill up the cup . It was still full of ice. The Sprite tasted like they turned the syrup down to nothing in it too. My kid says to me… “Daddy, these fries taste funny.” I take a bite and the fries tasted like they came out of oil that has been in that fryer for a year. Absolutely disgusting. I personally ordered a beef burrito which I’ve ordered countless times at Bakers throughout the inland empire, (of which they keep raising the price on). It was like a Del beef burrito with almost no meat in it. This is by far the worst Bakers I’ve ever been to, by far. Bakers have really gone downhill. I think this will be my last stop ever to an Inland Empire staple…

I just wanted to take some time to compliment all the workers. Everyone was super kind and when there was mistake in the order I was treated with extreme kindness to repair it. Will be coming back! Shoutout to the team working right now especially the girl in the front with red hair! Super sweet!

The service was good and so was the food. I always have had a problem with the portions of lettuce they put in their burgers but that is my only complaint.

Waited 17Mins to get my meal when there was only one other person inside. Then when I brought it up at the 15 min mark, the lathe who was supposedly the restaurant manager immediately argue with me and said it hadn't been 15 minutes. So I reneged, and said she was right, it's only 13mins. Which again was ridiculous. There was a Hispanic gentleman working the grill area who was running around all over the place trying to bust his butt to do his best. But the lady who was the manager was pretty lackadaisical and pretty terrible at customer service.The absolute only reason they get two Stars is because I love the food

We came here because we're in the mood for delicious food and it's worth our money! I got budget combo #5 and I ate it all becauseIt's delicious and I even like green sauce in cheese quesadilla because it make it little spicy but flavorful!
