Came to eat today and saw that no one was helping us. One lady just looked at us without saying anything. We saw that there had been an order screen and tried to use. We needed some help getting started. I asked the young lady Valerie for help and she looked at us and walked away. Next thing you know a Mexican man walks up to the counter and right away the girl working the window with the heavy makeup helps him with no wait as we are still struggling to order our food. Not happy with the customer service. THEY HAD NO BEEN BUSY AT ALL. As a person who works in management this is very unprofessional

I came inside to order in the lobby and the workers refused to take my order. They insisted i use the kiosk and i asked if they stopped taking orders in the lobby for some reason, and the lady said we have the kiosk now. That didn’t answer my question. So they really are refusing to take orders because you have a screen? That’s the worst customer service i have experienced at a bakers. I went to Del Taco 1.1 miles away. They took my order immediately at the counter. I hope someone corrects the workers at this location. Horrible.

Ordered a combination burrito with extra cheese and sour cream. I was charged for BOTH add ons and didn’t receive either of them on the burrito. Disappointing!

It leterally took 30mins in the drive thru. No explananation or friendly face appologizing for the wait. Just here is your food, no napkins bye. I go here after its been a while because i forget about the bad experience last time and with out fell they remind you why you don't go there anymore. Use to be one of our favorite places to eat.

I literally came to this drive-through at 9:47 and the employees refused to take cash. They said they already counted the drawer out. It’s two hours before they close ridiculous

It's been 20 years since I have been to Bakers. It tasted like the bun was old, meat had no flavor, cheese was kraft singles. Fries were frozen, vile things....Just awful. Won't be back
Food was awesome but the only thing is they should bring back the shredded beef

Ridiculous. Got there like at 6.15 am and no one answered at the drive through. Ended up waiting like 20 minutes for nothing cuz there were 2 cars ahead of me. Don't know where their employees were but they need to get their act together

Wow, I didn't see that coming from Bakers' drive thru . Two weeks ago, I entered the restaurant on Archibald Ave in Ontario. ca and ordered three separate meals, all being the twin kitchen meal, and of course, they messed up the order. I made a call too the restaurant and was told they would replace one meal for the inconvenience today on 7 24 2024 when I went to claim the meal I was told they would replace the fries 0nly Customer service really went out the window. Don't think I'll ever stop at Bakers ever again. Lost me as a customer
