My complaint is about price, I ordered a photo cake listed at $54.99 but charged $74.99 was told photo is additional $20. I order photo cake shouldn't photo be included in lited price. And my receipt said $20 uncharged which made it more unpleasant. Chino store charges $53.98 for same exact cake photo included found that out after paying this place

I truly became a fan of this location and the flavors they have, besides the best service from employees.I would say that this location deserves a remodeling, they have broken cake showcase and could be dangerous for customers or little ones.They deserve to be taken care of and showcase their employees positively when assisting customers.They have lactose ice cream for customers and that’s awesome to see now as an options.Price was as it should and I love coming here!

I believe the person that helped me out was Cynthia , She was very helpful some of the best service I’ve had , answered all my questions, walked me through everything and did an amazing job on my cake.
