The chef was great, the server/service was terrible. Dirty dishes left on the table too long, extremely long wait to get refills, one alcoholic beverage was 45 minutes late and at the end, waiting for boxes, ice cream and the bill was torture. We are moving in a month to another state so sadly, after 26 years of coming here, our last memory/visit will be a sour taste :-(
Customer service was great. I had a reservation and still had to wait about 20min past my scheduled reservation. The chef was talkative, funny, and informative. The restaurant was clean. It was a great time as always.
Amo Benihana y cada vez que vengo a USA procuro buscar uno dependiendo de la zona en la que esté. Siento que le falta renovación al lugar, era muy contrastante el aire acondicionado con el calor de la parrilla y se volvía incómodo. El chef excelente ! Wayne a él le doy todo el crédito de la noche, nos hizo reír mucho además de que la comida estaba excelente. Si fuera cuestión de sólo calificarlo a él, daría sin duda 5 estrellas a todo.
