I placed order and wait for two hours for food deliver, almost mid night! And the food is so dry, so disappointed! Never will order this restaurant!

The food was good, I got a chicken katsu bowl and gyoza, and they were really good. Not the best I've ever had but definetly still recommended.

My only complaint was that it was a little warm in the restaurant.

What a terrible restaurant. We ordered 100$+ delivery and their photos showed 8 rolls and only 6 arrived on each one of the 5 boxes. They tried to blame the driver but after further investigation, we found out they place 6 rolls on TO GO orders and then try to blame a honest driver for THEIR sketchy actions. We’ve escalated this issue with every single source where they are active and will continue until management is changed.

Giving 2 stars due to Visited 10/23/24 - My husband and I order out here from time to time. We noticed they had received a “B” from the Health Department. The employees here do not use gloves, so We initially thought the “B” was due to the employees not washing their hands when touching food. (Example: Once the front cashier touches money, we have observed them handling the cooked steamed rice, and cold salads, placing them in bowls without handwashing or putting on gloves. The tongs the employees touch for the salad are typically left in the salad bin with the chop lettuce)
After several months they received another visit from the health department, and they received their letter “A” back, so we thought the action of which that health department observed was corrected.
This part of the observation wasn’t corrected unfortunately:/ someone like myself that inspects commercial kitchens, I see Red Flags that can possibly get someone sick. I recommend the owner following up with employees on sanitation.

Other than this, the two girls that are typically in front that are taking orders - one has a great attitude, another seems very sweet, but is very mouthy and is rude. I noticed something was missing from our order - I brought this to the lady that worked October 23 in the evening at 6:05 PM attention, and she snapped at me.

Due to this, moving forward we will be ordering from another Bento location.

4 Popcorn shrimp is shrimp stuffed with crab meat and side of spicy mayo sauce.... Shrimp & vegetable tempura are all made fresh and delicious!
Those are my two most favorite entries! I haven't tried any other menu items yet.

This is a cozy little sushi spot hidden in the shopping center. I had the popcorn lobster roll and some dumplings. Both were delicious and filling. Will definitely come here again!
