One Red Snapper Fillet for $20???? Naw I'm good. This is one reason why we don't prosper.

We showed up on a Friday night with some high school football kids. The young man at the cashier was friendly and attentive. The food came out rather quickly considering how many orders they had and no one was disappointed. The seasoned fries were perfect, the chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and my waffle was stolen by everyone at my table. I did get a bite and it was scrumptious. Thank you for a delicious meal!

Excellent place great food I loved everything from the chicken and waffles to the pork chops I will be back and suggest any of you to come enjoy the owner very nice and sweet and the food is even sweeter.

Beola’s Chicken and Waffles is a must-try! The chicken strips and waffles were absolutely delicious. They were so flavorful and delicious, I'm saving them for my next 2 meals. The service was warm and welcoming, just like a home-cooked meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu!

My group and I were visiting California from Florida and decided to try Bealoa's Chicken and Waffles based on the location's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

I ordered the Catfish Seafood Platter, which came with fried catfish, four pieces of shrimp, and a side of collard greens. The collard greens were extremely bitter, making them hard to enjoy. The catfish and shrimp, on the other hand, were so heavily seasoned that it felt like someone had spilled a container of salt over them. The excessive saltiness left my lips burning, and I couldn’t finish the meal.

After spending $32 on a meal that I had to throw away, I walked away hungry and frustrated. I had high expectations for this place, but it fell far short. I hope this was just an off day, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend the seafood platter.

The restaurant also has a smell. Like and unclean mop.

This is by far the best southern cookin’ I had a in a long time. They really put their foot in this food, because when Moses split the sea, Beola’s southern cooking split the competition here in Upland CA. I appreciate your hospitality and good food. Thank you!!

I was treated as if I did not exsist. When trying to order the dinner size portion of the catfish plate, the employee kept coaxing me back to the lunch size as if I couldn't afford it or something. It's sad because I grew up on soul food but I guess if the place doesn't have a kind soul you walk away which is exactly what I did.

There’s so much I can say about this day the gentleman that took our order was rude and disrespectful food was very vinegary tasting. I ordered a banana pudding and he insisted on gettin fresh bananas and adding to the top (ummm no) then unknowingly my friend went to the back to use the restroom and was asked about the food he gave his honest opinion and the same gentleman came and took my food off the table w/o asking and when I asked, what was he doing? He said I wouldn’t want you to eat anything that has a vinegar taste so is there anything else that I can get you? I’m in total shock that he would just come and grab my food as he seen me putting a spoon of rice to my mouth. I replied with as much politeness as possible what else do you have he replied and walked away when my other party came back to the table he’s wondering why I looked the way I did I asked him what happened he immediately looked at my plate and my friend plate and got upset he had already discussed with him that we were cool we were almost done and not to bother us and as he went into the restroom the waiter did just what he was asked not to do. I was very disappointed
