I just wanted to share my thoughts about Big Al's. This place is great for big to small events. I recently attended big Al's for the football game. My family and I had a great experience they had Tv's all over the place. It didn't matter where you where sitting you still had a good view. I was sitting on the tables, but what I really like was the lounge sitting that they have. We where a big group but we where help by a lady name Rena and her team. We had an excellent service, the staff was outstanding the drinks keep coming thank you once again to Rena, Juan, Diego, Alexis, Mathew and Marina.

I came today to watch the divisional football game expecting it to be very busy - which it was, however Emily C. Has to be (hands down) ONE OF THE BEST SERVERS I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS! My family and I are always out watching the football, baseball or basketball games so we are always out. And to have this great customer service from her is actually very refreshing!!!! Emily C. Is a keeper! She’s on top of it, comes by regularly, and my order was to perfection! THANK YOU BIG AL’S for having her as a great customer service server! She went above and beyond!

I went today on 1/17/2026 they didnt have any regular lanes open when we arrived. Thats ok. We got an ocho lane. #14 we started having mechanical problems with our lane right off the bat. The machine kept picking up the bowling pins repettitively. Each time we requested service our 1hour time wouldn't be paused. It took 10 mins each time for someone to come fix our lane. Eventually they moved our game to lane 13. We only had 7 mins of play time left when my daughter threw her ball but yhe pin picker upper came down before her ball made it to the pins. We just said screw it an left. The bartenders were really awesome and explained how we could order food and drinks from our lane. Our server was also nice. Just came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with my small family and spent more time waiting then playing.
Wanna give a shout out to noemi. She made my group make sure we had everything we needed. The wings were amazing. And my soda runeth over
