Great customer service( restaurant ) even the manager stepped up to help when it was slow. The girl at the front deserves a raise. June 19 ( 12-4pm). She was helpful to everyone and she was by herself! Best costumer service I had in a while. Truly a great experience to have.

Fun place to go. Great place to have some fun, eat, drink. Definitely a great family place, only downside is the restrooms are like a dive bar restrooms. Throw up in sink, restrooms are not attended to much. Besides that great & fun place.

My wife and I came to Big Al’s in the past to celebrate a friends bday back in 2022 and the experience was not memorable. So up until to today, we’ve lived across the street and I will say based on Josh’s service to us in the bar area, the food quality and speed of service, we have slept on Big Al’s. The photos depict this place as a great place to bring your family, friends, and even your very own date to enjoy some good food and even some fun and games or a game of pool!...
