The service was great but our food was cold which was very disappointing. The food wasn't worth the amount of money we paid. The only thing we enjoyed was the lobster tails. The steaks and potatoes were cold. We will never return.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the restaurant being unprepared with the reservations from December 31st at 7:30pm. We had to wait for 50 minutes with not at clear explanation why the delay if I had made my reservation a day previos our visit. Hope this help this restaurant to resolve any future issues with people with reservation. I been using this app for a while now and it is the 1st time that something like this happens to me. And just because was an especial day is not an excuse because I been is restaurants with way more people and they always respected my reservation time. Thank you Christian Hernanadez.

Prime rib was excellent as was my brother's twin lobster tails and our wives both had the prime rib dip sandwiches. Luis was our waiter and, as usual, he was outstanding. Fast, great attitude and anticipated our need for refills, etc. He is the reason we go to the Ontario Black Angus rather than the closer one in San Bernardino. We go several times a year even though it's 30 miles farther.

We're locals and regular customers, but tonight's experience was disappointing. Our usual server was unavailable due to having too many tables, so we were offered seating in the dining area, which was fine. I ordered my meat well done, but it arrived medium rare. There was blood on my plate and on the shrimp. I informed the server, who then placed my meat on my husband's used bread plate to take it back to the kitchen. That was surprising and unacceptable. I asked for napkins to clean the blood off my plate, which she brought, but a clean plate should have been provided instead. The same piece of meat took a long time to return. By then, my husband had already finished eating, so I took my meal home. Unfortunately, it will be some time before we return—unless our regular server is available.

Everytime we go to Black Angus Ontario its a good experience. Great waiter Luis is always smiling, nice and pleasant. Even the hostess at the front that sat us down was wonderful I wish i knew her name but very good customer service. Love this restaurant.

Jackie did an amazing job, never stops and is so nice. Business trip, Close to hotel and good food. Sit at the bar or ask for her. She is amazing.

Service was great! We had a buy one get one free steak meal and they made us get the exact same meal & sides. Steak was overcooked. Would have been a good deal if we were able to get different sides.

Service and ambience were great. Food not so good! Caesar salad with chicken was wilted lettuce and dry warmed over chicken. Sirloin steak was tough but baked potato and asparagus were good. Very disappointed because we are usually very satisfied with Black Angus.
