The server was extremely nice. He did mess up a couple of times on our orders. However, the food was excellent!

Service was great! We had a buy one get one free steak meal and they made us get the exact same meal & sides. Steak was overcooked. Would have been a good deal if we were able to get different sides.

Service and ambience were great. Food not so good! Caesar salad with chicken was wilted lettuce and dry warmed over chicken. Sirloin steak was tough but baked potato and asparagus were good. Very disappointed because we are usually very satisfied with Black Angus.

My party of 15 was given a great space in the bar section of the restaurant. Our server was pleasant, accommodating and spot on with her service. Food was brought out and cooked to perfection! Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal, and had no complaints. Would definitely come back and dine again!

Had a great experience at black angus from The service to the meal and they brought back the bogo dine in usually lately it's only been for take out which I don't understand cause you Spend more when you dine in from an appetizer to drinks to extras sides anywho the server was really nice and helpful and my prime rib came out perfect I will be back to the Ontario location and black Angus keep doing the bogo dine in more often

The services were good but I felt so embarrassed that I forgot credit card. Had to get all out change together, didn't have enough for the tip only give $5:00 but won't go back because it was to expensive $92:00 dollars for both of us that's that we got the 2 for $69 wow we won't be going there anytime soon, dennys here we go .

We attended the Martini Experience on 06/26. We really enjoy coming to these special events. We have been to at least 4 and are looking forward to the next even....the Rum Experience. The drinks they pair with the dishes are interesting and delicious. I recommend everyone try at least one of these events.

The Campfire Feast is a really good deal. Portions for that deal are so large that we couldn't even finish dessert. (We did upgrade with the extra charge for the Wagon Wheel Sampler and Prime Rib, though.) We also enjoyed the red wine flight, so we could see which would pair well with our steaks.

Horrible!! Never again. I chose Black Angus for my birthday and that was a big mistake. Our server was rude and didn’t seem to want to come to our table even though there were only 4 other parties in restaurant at the time. Bread wasn’t brought out for the whole table. A guest from our party asked for more bread and server told him no and never brought any other bread. Asparagus was burnt to a crisp when they were supposed to be grilled. Ordered a salad, which always comes before food comes with the entree. Potato skins were dried out. It was just a horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location.
