I am writing to express my disappointment with the restaurant being unprepared with the reservations from December 31st at 7:30pm. We had to wait for 50 minutes with not at clear explanation why the delay if I had made my reservation a day previos our visit. Prime rib was excellent as was my brother's twin lobster tails and our wives both had the prime rib dip sandwiches. Luis was our waiter and, as usual, he was outstanding. Fast, great attitude and anticipated our need for refills, etc. He is the reason we go to the Ontario Black Angus rather than the closer one in San Bernardino. We go several times a year even though it's 30 miles farther.

We're locals and regular customers, but tonight's experience was disappointing. Our usual server was unavailable due to having too many tables, so we were offered seating in the dining area, which was fine. I ordered my meat well done, but it arrived medium rare. There was blood on my plate and on the shrimp. I informed the server, who then placed my meat on my husband's used bread plate to take it back to the kitchen. That was surprising and unacceptable.
