Tonight, I tried to walk in prior to closing. I try to walk inside with the doors locked. They said they close at 9pm, yet they close early? What the heck? How about staying open til when you actually close than doing this to customers like me. This makes my blood boil!

The customer service was arguably the worst I’ve experienced and it’s unfortunate as I enjoy Blaze. The prep area was dirty with lots of toppings and flour all over the counters. The employee who served us had a uniform where he was sagging his pants had his phone and earbuds on his person. He was actively taking a phone call while serving my family and I. The manager was behind him but she didn’t seem to care and was more focused on prep than ensuring her employees were sanitary. We refused to eat there considering the conditions and how inattentive the staff was.

I went there to get pizza and usually blaze is great not this time I ordered a cinnamon bread and cheesy bread i told the workers when i got it that it was small and burnt the worker took the bread and just stretched it a little and put it in the oven without even a tray it was so unsanitary so I said it was made wrong. The manager said oh its the same amount of bread ... yes it is but you have to stretch it out to make it taste good. Same with pizza you have to fully stretch it out. You cant just put a thic glob there. Anyways here's how the bread turned out unedible none of my kids or I would eat it..put them in the trash. I was mad I wasted my money! I even said it was made wrong and they wouldnt remake it !

The pizza tasted good. The items look fresh, but then you go over to the drinking fountain area and it is filthy. The tables were also dirty. They need to think about cleaning up that area. The service was good and the atmosphere was good.

The only complain I have this location never cleans or they dont have someone going around cleaning the tables for the most everything goes smoothly just the tables been dirty really bother me for the most the food ..delicious the drinks on point even the salad 🥗 was fired ....

This Blaze pizza is inside Ontario Mills, it is very spacious and was clean when we went. Service was good and efficient. The pizza was good. This is a perfect place to eat with kids since it’s very spacious and comfortable to take a break from shopping. Overall good experience!

The service here is terrible. Unsanitary employees, rude, and can’t follow simple instructions.
How hard is it to make a pizza when the customer is feeding you the ingredients?
Scratching your face / head / no beard nets. Just gross.
There is a young woman with purple hair that was working hard cleaning this filthy place and was so sweet about it.
The staff on the pizza line is despicable.
I suggest going to the Rancho Cucamonga location.

Fast and easy they knew I was at lunch and had it done asap. Love the staff.
I wish I would have gotten mod pizza. so I came in got my pizza and two sides. And I have 7 people in my family and they only gave me three ranch. But I thought they might not know and they said they only give one ranch per pizza. I said I have two salads also but no. They were so disrespectful and even my 65 year old dad asked if they can have TWO RANCH. Never coming back
