Very good pizza at Ontario Mills. We had the one without the meat. The flavours are very delicious

We made an online order for the two pizzas (which we asked to be cooked “extra crispy” with the crust); two drinks; two desserts order and added in a Caesar salad. Also added in were 2 ranches; parm; red pepper; napkins and utensils. When I arrived and told them I was there for my pickup, the slack faced employee pointed to two pizza boxes with two ranch dressings on top and said “there!” I looked at it and said, “no, there was more”. Confused, he looked around, located two cups, put them onto the pizza boxes and said, “There.” I then said: “no, there’s more.” Another employee then pointed at another location, and they added the salad and a dessert to the stack. Looking triumph, he said “there!”. I then looked dubiously at the dessert and, wondering if they somehow stuffed two desserts into its little package, decided they did not, and said “no, a dessert is still missing.” Another employee walking by said, “oh, you ordered the s’mores pie as one of the desserts, but we’re out. Would you like to have another brownie instead?” I agreed and this was added onto this horn of plenty. I took the stacked food over to the drink station, looking forward to at least adding in lemonade, but the lemonade dispenser was down to its last film of liquid - not enough to fill a thimble. So I got root beer instead. I then realized that I was missing utensils and napkins, so I grabbed some and added them on. At this point, I didn’t think that this leaning tower of pizza would make it back to my car, so I went to the cashier and asked for a bag, which I was cheerfully given. When I got this cuoncophney back to the hotel, my wife asked about the parm and red peppers, and I realized they were unfortunately left of the order as well. The Caesar salad was some iceberg lettuce (and not the good parts), parm and shaved cheese with a container of dressing. This was a disappointment, but that pailed in comparison to the pizza. THAT was as cold and limp as a 50 year old who forgot his Viagra. But, even though it just sagged there, it at least still tasted “ok”. As bad as that was, I’d have to say my biggest disappointment was the sheer incompetence of the staff in even assembling our order and having it ready for pickup.

It can get pretty loud and packed on weekends. The food is kinda hit or miss sometimes. Some days, it's really good, and others, the pizza gets burnt. The pink lemonade here is very good. Overall, the food is pretty good.

The location in Las Vegas is just a lot better especially the cookies the cookies at this location tastes a bit fake or low budget not like the high quality ingredients they use in Vegas

I am a regular visitor to the U.S. this is the first time I have visited Blaze Pizza, the food was OK. The service was poor, it appeared as though the staff the staff just couldn't be bothered.

The concept is good. Food was cooked perfectly, service counter to prepare the pizzas sucks, it takes too long, the people just get out to do something else they left us waiting fir almost 15 minutes, lines should not be that long, expect a decline soon if they keep hiring not company committed

the more senior staff making pizza has a serious bad attitude, yelling at customer saying “I don't care who you are” when confronted how rude she was.
Moving at a snail pace, you can tell she really does not want to be there. Plus she’s setting up a bad example for the newly joint staff at the cash register.
the counter where she made the pizza was very messy, and she just swiped off the stuffs/ food onto the floor.
The restaurant overall just feel not clean and definitely not class A restaurant, and shockily bad customer service.

Cashier was Verbal upset at my BYO pizza on the 5 for $35 it had more than 2 items. This 2 item limit is not posted on the advertising posters and was not mentioned by order taker that recommend the special deal, no wonder restaurant had only 2 other customers during lunch time in a busy mall.

Dine in. 6 people ahead of us waited for 20 minutes. Employees lack organization as i have been to other Blaze and its always quick. Will rather drive to Rialto for fast service. While waiting witnessed an employee argue with customer.
