I decided to try one of the spicy sauces and it definitely delivered a strong kick. Next time I plan to go for the pho beef broth to change things up. The tonkotsu was incredibly tasty with deep rich flavor. I really enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to coming back.

this was my favorite place to go, but service is getting worse every time. i usually go weekends and seat in Miguel section, but i was craving and decided to go during the week. TERRIBLE MISTAKE. Victoria is so rude. She barely looks at you, and act as if she’s doing a favor to serve you. Had to ask a different server to help me with getting drink refill because she would pass by me almost running. she only asked once if we wanted another round of meats and brought up the check. at the point, we just wanted to leave too. Honestly next time i’ll just call and avoid going on days she’s serving.

I went to the restaurant twice, Monday lunch and Sunday dinner and both days service was terrible and slow. Sadly this is the closest hot pot from my house and I really wanted to like, but service atmosphere makes it unlikely. On Sunday it's kind ok for it to be slow because it's busier, but they have so many servers that its hard to be ok. Don't bother getting drinks because the servers barely acknowledge you for the meats, let along the drinks. Sonni was my server for most of the time Sunday and she's rude and seems like she's in a rush, even though she will forget the drinks, and came twice with the wrong meat. Same for appetizers, which we only received 2 and we were in 4 adults. Monday is ok, I skipped soda and only got water, and even though I had to asked twice to get my water when it was just ice. Brother refill are almost when you have none left. Overall food is good, serves need more training

I went here for my first time tonight. To celebrate my fiance birthday. We came in with smiles and excitement. Unfortunately we were not greeted when we got there. I said hello. And they jus said party of 2 follow me. We were sat down with out even a smile. The food was fantastic. Every time our orders came id say thank you and the servers wouldn't even look at me. There was 1 friendly gentleman who I think was bussing tables. He had a black mask on. That man was very polite and asked if everything was ok. Maybe we caught them on an off night. Most of the reviews say they are very friendly. We'll be giving them another try. Hopefully next time it will ge a little friendlier. All in all enjoyed the food!

This is my favorite hotpot place. I like half szechuan and half Chinese herbal broth. It's not too spicy and the flavor combo is great. I like the buffet style of different proteins/ veggies you can put in your broth. The selection of meats you can order is good as well. The service is usually good, they are attentive and are quick to service. They are usually really nice too. I highly recommend this place.

We didn’t have much time, so I asked an older staff member how long the wait would be. He told me about 15 minutes. I checked the list and saw I was the third person to check in, with one group of three and another group of two ahead of us.
After waiting more than 15 minutes, two people walked in after us. They whispered something to the manager, and he immediately seated them. At the 25 minute mark, another group of six arrived and checked in after us. 5 minutes later, the manager came out and seated that group too.
At this point, I was extremely disappointed. I asked the manager again how much longer, because it was clear they messed up. He said another 10 minutes, but I didn’t believe it, since they had already given inaccurate wait times from the start and kept seating people who arrived after us.
My wife and I left immediately, and we will not be coming back. The place is big, but the way they run it is absolutely stupid!

Located in rancho Cucamonga, this is by far the absolute best ayce hot pot. The inside is gorgeous; think of an ayce buffet but it's hot pot. You pick your beoth first, then you get up and grab as many toppings and sides that you want from their buffet. Free ice cream is included when you're done. They refill your broth if you ask and they have amazing kimchi. Parking is great, and if you need time to kill because the wait is long check out the stores around them. (Located in a plaza) They do get extremely busy so plan ahead

Came in last Monday. I had the pleasure of visiting Boiling World, and let me tell you — the experience was great, but the real star of the show? Caliane and the incredible sauce she made for me! 🙌
I’ve had hot pot many times before, but this sauce was NEXT LEVEL. Perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and somehow it brought out the best in every bite I dipped. She clearly knows her flavors and how to mix them just right. I wish I could bottle it and take it home. I never had to flag down Caliane unlike her colleagues.
If you’re dining there and want a game-changing sauce to go with your meal, ask for Caliane — trust me, you’ll taste the difference. 🔥❤️

What a fun restaurant! We absolutely loved out experience here. The staff were amazing and very quick. The buffet was absolutely beautiful with all the different kinds of proteins and vegetables you can try. They also have a large noodle section that my kids really enjoyed. We left so full and happy! Not my first time eating here, but my first bad experience. Went on Monday night with friends, and I mentioned to the dark hair host lady that it was the first time for my friends, but not mine. I asked if she could explain to them, since even though I had been there before, I wasn’t the one filling the paper. That’s was a mistake! She got extremely angry at it, and upset that I didn’t knew how to. She was insanely rude, and acted as if she was doing us a favor by explaining how it works. She didn’t even ask if we understood, she just straight went to our drinks and left as a fasts as she could. She set the table behind us, and she treated them just as bad as us I own a restaurant, and man, I get it, people can be tough, but you still chose this job, and if you’re not satisfied or happy with it, just quit, you don’t need to use the customers as a scapegoat. I sincerely hope you can treat others better!
Overall, the food was great, and ignore the start, everything went good. Justin and Miguel were our main serves, mostly Miguel. Great service from them. Thank you guys!!
