I’ve been here two years ago with my fiance. And we had a good experience the first time. I recently went again with him and his cousin. The hostess was rude. Didn’t catch her name but she was rude. Did not greet us. She got the paper and pen and walked us over to our table. Asked us what we wanted to drink. And didn’t care to explain how ordering works after my fiance mentioned we forgot. She walked away to get our drinks and gave them to us and never came back. The rest of the time, no one came to check on us. Only for refills which was twice towards the end of our time there. The waitresses that night were rude. We all noticed it at the table. They’re not friendly or welcoming. They walk around acting like they hate doing their job. We tried to be as nice as possible. Also, my fiance wanted to change his broth even after he put his sides and noodles in. He asked if he could change it because he ended up not liking what he got. The waitress was questioning him as if she didn’t want to go and change the broth. Which the last time we came, he asked for a broth change and they did it. She told us they didn’t do that and she offered adding the other broth in it. Which eventually after some back and forth, she just went and got him new broth that he liked. She seemed annoyed that she had to do so. I used to work in food service, I understand it’s tiring. Or workers have bad days, but majority of the staff acting like that was ridiculous. It wasn’t worth paying over $100 dollars to be treated like we were a nuisance for eating there.

Today, Feb 23, 2026 was both my husband and I first time at Boiling World. The variety of meats and veggies was great. By the way, the option to make your own sauce is awesome. The Thai Tea I ordered was amazing, it tasted like the original thai leaves I boil at home. The staff often would ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The service and hospitality went above and beyond than what I normally get from other restaurants. I definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you to our server Miguel and to the other staff that attended us tonight.

Man the food was Delicious!! You have to make your own sauce to dip the meat in after you cook it, but they have good options for sauce making in their condiments bar. Good vegetable and noodles options. I really Enjoyed the thinly sliced beef plates they were delicious! My wife and I struggled with the Bulgogi because it was more of a shredded lump of meat. The rest of the meats were definitely flavorful. I got the Curry and I did not regret it! Haha

I visited here with a group of about 10 friends and acquaintances. With a spacious parking lot and a large interior, it’s the perfect spot for both large groups and small gatherings.
A standout feature was that everyone gets their own individual pot, allowing you to choose a soup base that fits your personal style. I even saw some 'foodies' in our group ask for plain water and create their own broth using various seafood—it's truly specialized for customizing your meal to your own taste.
The salad bar was well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. I also found it charming that they gave us a little memo pad to order ice cream for dessert after the meal. Of course, the meat is unlimited. The quality was so good that I lost track of how many plates I finished!
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for both quality and quantity.

Wanted to try this hot pot place seen a lot of it on tik tok. Was honestly disappointed the broth selection being very small and not having a soy base broth available. Got the spicy miso and it wasn't even spicy it had to add chili oil to my meats and veggies to give it a kick. The service was okay it could be better we didnt have any of our plates cleared from when we were done eating and it just felt cluttered. Sure its nice and fast sit down and eat but expensive for what it is and could use improvements on. The bathroom in the men's was disgusting with either throw up or feces all around the toilet seat and just at that point lost my appetite and wanted to just leave. I personally wouldnt come back its nice for a all you can eat just selection feels so little from other hot pot places and what is offered.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is really nice and I just love the way the whole restaurant is set up.
I decided to try one of the spicy sauces and it definitely delivered a strong kick. Next time I plan to go for the pho beef broth to change things up. The tonkotsu was incredibly tasty with deep rich flavor. I really enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to coming back.

this was my favorite place to go, but service is getting worse every time. i usually go weekends and seat in Miguel section, but i was craving and decided to go during the week. TERRIBLE MISTAKE. Victoria is so rude. She barely looks at you, and act as if she’s doing a favor to serve you. Had to ask a different server to help me with getting drink refill because she would pass by me almost running. she only asked once if we wanted another round of meats and brought up the check. at the point, we just wanted to leave too. Honestly next time i’ll just call and avoid going on days she’s serving.

I went to the restaurant twice, Monday lunch and Sunday dinner and both days service was terrible and slow. Sadly this is the closest hot pot from my house and I really wanted to like, but service atmosphere makes it unlikely. On Sunday it's kind ok for it to be slow because it's busier, but they have so many servers that its hard to be ok. Don't bother getting drinks because the servers barely acknowledge you for the meats, let along the drinks. Sonni was my server for most of the time Sunday and she's rude and seems like she's in a rush, even though she will forget the drinks, and came twice with the wrong meat. Same for appetizers, which we only received 2 and we were in 4 adults. Monday is ok, I skipped soda and only got water, and even though I had to asked twice to get my water when it was just ice. Brother refill are almost when you have none left. Overall food is good, serves need more training

I went here for my first time tonight. To celebrate my fiance birthday. We came in with smiles and excitement. Unfortunately we were not greeted when we got there. I said hello. And they jus said party of 2 follow me. We were sat down with out even a smile. The food was fantastic. Every time our orders came id say thank you and the servers wouldn't even look at me. There was 1 friendly gentleman who I think was bussing tables. He had a black mask on. That man was very polite and asked if everything was ok. Maybe we caught them on an off night. Most of the reviews say they are very friendly. We'll be giving them another try. Hopefully next time it will ge a little friendlier. All in all enjoyed the food!
