We were going to Bone and Broth for awhile now. It’s been our go to spot for pho. Until I found a hair in my bowl. It definitely wasn’t mine. My hair is very curly and this piece of hair was straight. We noticed that they started slacking off and would give us rotten mint and limes in our to go bags. We decided to give them another chance since their food is pretty irresistible and mistakes happen. A couple months later, we ordered pho to go and brought it to our home. I emptied the broth onto my bowl and got to eating. Little did I know there was a tiny fly inside the edge of the bowl where my broth was in. Given this, we definitely won’t be coming back. It was very disappointing! Fool me twice, shame on me am I right lol. Anyways, please inspect your food THOROUGHLY before eating. we found a new pho spot called Pho Lagi in Rancho Cucamonga and it’s DELICIOUS! 10/10.
2nd time here and would come back but here are a few helpful tips. Don't order different you're if food together, they will come out at different times. The phó comes out right away, if you order anything grilled with it, it'll come out separately. Ordered the beef stew and it was last, took an extra 10 mins or so. Even the appetizer came out after the phó by 5 mins.
Ordered the grilled pork, it was very dry, not flavored or seasoned. The broth was very good. With the pork 5.7/10. The stew has lots of flavor but little food. Not enough beef or even carrots. 6.1/10. The staff was nice and the location was clean.

You're in Pho a Real Treat !
I stopped into Bone and Broth while in the Ontario Area. After wandering around Ontario Mills for a few hours shopping and looking for deals, I was famished and in the mood for Pho! Bone and Broth is a highly recommended place for classic Vietnamese food, and they have their own take on many classic dishes.
My server suggested I try the Iced Green Thai Tea, which was actually better than I thought it would be. For my meal, I ordered Vietnamese Egg Rolls, which are crispy, fried pork egg rolls. These were really good, and I should have ordered two of them as the two that come with the serving aren't quite enough. My main course was, of course, Pho, and I ordered the 'Ontario' Combination Pho with Beef rounds, beef meatballs, beef brisket and loaded with tripe. This is a great take on classic pho and the perfect serving size as it wasn't too great a portion and it wasn't too small either, it was just the right-sized portion.
Overall, great meal with good service in a very popular restaurant very close to Ontario Mills, so shop until you drop and then head on over to Bone and Broth for a great meal.

Been on my list forever and my aunt actually wanted to eat here to celebrate her birthday. So happy she chose this place even though she actually doesn't live anywhere close to Ontario. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the appetizers to the entrees and even the drinks. It was a big size restaurant and it was busy too which was a very good sign. Our waiter was the nicest and very sincere. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food is too sweet for my taste. The sweetness covered the natural flavor of the meat. I ordered their recommended buns. The pan fried bun was overly fried. It tasted with bitterness. The steamed bun’s skin is too thick and I did not taste any crab meat flavor in it ( I ordered the crab meat flavor). The restaurant kept their door open during a hot lunch time and didn’t have any air conditioning. There is a fly that kept circling my table which is very annoying. I asked the waiter to see if they have a way to get rid of the fly, he said there is nothing he could do. I also ordered their beef noodle. The soup itself was made up of artificial flavor rather than cooked with bones and meat. The noodles are machine made, chewy, which I actually like. Overall, I don’t recommend this place for people looking for traditional Chinese food.

This place is amazing. I am in town in a work trip and truly wish I had this place where I live. The birds nest noodles is insanely good. Get the hard noodles and let the sauce do its work.
