The worst customer service I have ever received. I have never until now played the race card. Unfortunately the young Hispanic woman made it quite clear that helping me while I was standing inside the restaurant that I was only do lip service while she had me wait 10 minutes and 5 drive through orders all the while she said to me I will be right with you. As I was leaving the only other customer in the restaurant" that was ridiculous"

The young lady on duty at the front counter and drive-thru is doing an amazing job! The food is delicious and fresh, and the fries are hot and crispy. I wish all Burger Kings operated this well! The Dining Room is clean and refreshing. 11:18 AM: Keep her; she is a company asset.

Ran into an issue with the soda machine Coke has no taste, can tell from the color just water, I went to tell the service and she said maybe ran out. I was told they will change out but 45mins later it still didn't change out.

The staff is friendly and there aren't many customers so it's quiet and nice. However, the only downside is that it's a bit dreary because the surrounding businesses are all dead.
I ask for French toast sticks and it was hard ask a rock I asked for new one's yet they said no they can't help so I have rock hard French toast sticks May be my dog will eat it?

We visited Burger King via the drive-thru and found the service to be relatively fast overall. However, when we requested ketchup and ranch dressing, Martha informed us with a somewhat curt attitude that each sauce was 25 cents. While we understand that costs have risen, it felt surprising given we had already spent $20 on our meal. Charging extra for condiments like this may frustrate customers, and such practices could impact the location's success in the long run.
