Food was cold & if you’re gonna be closing the lobby then you should stop taking online orders it’s not safe to have people walking thru the drive-thru. I almost got hit by a car trying to pick up my food at the drive thru window because the lobby was closed. The manager was very rude as well.

They let our online order get placed when they were closed and I don’t know if the manager was there closing, but I called three times even though we saw somebody leave the building. Go to the very unprofessional, very dissatisfied go to Carl’s Jr. near this location.

Just got my meal from uber eats and the bag wasn't sealed. They need to start putting stickers on their bags for customer safety.

Gotta roll with the horrible economic times, folks. How does this BK get to a 2 star rating was beyond me. No refill on Soda? That's clearly inflation caused issue why the heck blame that on BK?! No Ice refills, ok, I have no comments on that. I'm strictly rating this business based on my first impressions~they were fast, friendly and efficient. I ordered and received my take out in less than 20min, but technically I beat the line too. As soon as I got my 8-piece chicken nuggets, I witnessed an immediate block of a line like right after my turn. I'll be back to try another BK burger soon, but I don't drink soda so that 1-star review about no soda refills doesn't bother me.

No issues here. Can't go wrong with the classic whopper. Pricier than I remember. Classic, good taste and smell. Service was friendly and the guys in the back were joking around with each other. My order was ready ASAP since I ordered it when I was across the street

My review is based only on the Soft Serve Cone ice cream. Only about $2 and always available . It seems it’s the only place with an honest soft serve ice cream for miles

There's a rude lady name Cheryl or cherry, my sister was ordering food and Cheryl practically gave her attitude and was rolling her eyes while my sister was being nice towards her.
For those confused this is the one inside the Ontario Mills Mall. Rude Service need to call main Burger King Office and see what they can do about this place

This is Burger King. You can't expect it to be five stars. In fact there isn't any fast food chain besides may be in and out that will get those 4 1/2 stars.Honestly, my biggest gripe is the soda refill. They make so much money off soda and it literally doesn't cost them much at all to give someone a refill. But to limit a customer on getting just ice? Especially if they are paying customer. I think that is super lame.That is just pathetic.

Had a bad experience at this location some time back about the money I gave the cashier, so I purposely gave more money than I owed this time to see if the incident would happen again. But Matthew was on his JOB while counting the money I gave him and returned the over payment as well as my correct change. Thank you Matthew, for your honesty and being a responsible cashier. Our food was hot, our order was correct and served very fast! Have it your way and pay Matthew a visit knowing he is not going to manipulate your wallet/purse when paying with cash.

But Matthew was on his JOB while counting the money I gave him and returned the over payment as well as my correct change. Thank you Matthew, for your honesty and being a responsible cashier. Rude! I work here in the mall but they didn't know that. I asked the cashier for fresh cheese sticks & forgot to ask for the chicken sandwich fresh as well. So I asked the guy in the kitchen & he looked at the girl in the kitchen & she says "next time u can ask the cashier for that " rudely. Like girl I did & I don't need a lesson thanks jus say okay. Whole vibe was off then they give me my food & don't ask if I want any sauce or even call my #. They just looked at me as they set the bag down
