Bought a Whopper burger meal at the drive thru, service was standard, as expected and the burger was great tasting, with ingredients that looked fresh and wholesome and pleased the palate. The presentation of the product and bagging looked as it's supposed to be. The attendant showed a professional attitude. Second time patronizing this restaurant, and given my personal experience, interaction and quality of the food I'd totally recommend it. Meal for one is about $17

I come here often the food and service is always great it’s just the homeless that come in here this last time we were eating and a homeless guy came in went in the restroom and we can hear him throwing up while we ate very disgusting ? they need to lock up the restaurant and keep them clean for the paying customers.

To be honest they deserve no stars they’re service is beyond a disgrace. No customer service etiquette what so ever. Marco needs to go and get proper training on being customer service friendly and learn how to properly communicate with customers. Marco a side note do remember that your job is being customer service oriented at all times. Never coming to this place ever again.

Over all its a good place, but when I saw the percentage on TAX!!!! THAT BLEW ME AWAY!!! 1ST place I've seen to go so high on tax percentage. 8.75% tax total. State and local! That's even higher than what google says is the average tax hike. Average on the high end is only a 1.00% more rate. This Burger King went 1.50% higher than the state tax at 7.25 for most of CA.

I wanted to get a meal before I started my 12-hour shift at a hospital. And I already had an hindsight that this is where I wanted to go because it was quick and it was filling. I ordered a large number one. I handed her my card and a coupon immediately she rolled her eyes at me which I'm assuming was the manager. And then she turned her back to me said something to one of the co-workers turned around and told me that the next time that I went through I needed to tell her at the speaker that I had a coupon. And all the years I have been going to this restaurant or any other restaurant I have never had this confrontation over a coupon. She was so abrasive and so confrontational. I actually wondered if she really hated her job and she saw my scrubs and it put her in a worse mood than she was already in and took it out on me.

It made me so uncomfortable that I canceled my order order. Just because of how angry and mean she was to me. I was legitimately afraid that she was going to do something to my food and I would not feel in good conscience comfortable enough to eat it. The rest of employees have been really wonderful at this place but your manager is evil and I feel really extremely bad for the employees that you have there if this is how she treats her customers I could only imagine how she treats her employees.

I wish I would have gotten her name but the current time is 5:00 p.m. October 9th. She was a larger Hispanic lady with bun and glasses. I will probably never come here again just cuz how confrontational she really was and this is to the manager that I had the issue with at the window if you sincerely hate your job that much to where when you see somebody else in uniform and you take it out on them it's time to move on and leave and find something better don't take it out on your customers especially ones that are trying to help other people. Now I get the privilege of having to go to work for 12 hours without eating.

I do honestly hope she had the day that she deserves
