This BK is new and not busy most of the time but when you order you are always asked to pull forward and wait for your food and its never hot. Also they forget to give me my complete order and still charge me for it. So when i get home, my order is not complete.

I am such a Burger King fan! I've always loved their signature whoppers, cheese burgers, chicken sandos and fries. Growing up (High school, specifically ), we needed something cheap to bring to the beach. Friends and I ordered dozen cheeseburgers for $1 a piece and have them last most of the day! Fast forward many years later even after culinary school, I hate to admit, I still crave the flame grilled burger once in a blue moon. Thankfully now they offer the whopper jr. which always satisfies the craving!This particular location is very small, when we arrived half of the tables were dirty and the area near the soda station. The restroom clean and customer service good! They were quick to clean the tables and nice enough to bring the food to us which ?? do they still do this? Good deals!! Give them a try if you are near and craving BK
I usually go to this Burger King, the employees and managers usually have a good attitude, a worker named Justine usually has one of the best she’s very polite with a smile always! However, one of the managers i think his name was Greg wasn’t very polite, an attitude no smile and no greeting which i did not appreciate. Do better.

Went to this place around 8am and ordered a decafe coffee, now I have been to this place several times a week without a hiccup, today 1/28/24 I order the same coffee this time I want 3 coffees and they lady proceeds to tell me they don’t have decafe coffee, I explained to the lady I come here regularly and they usually make it when it’s not ready but today another rude lady would not make the coffee, so I asked if she could make and I’ll wait and “NO” but yet you want $17hr and customer service skills suck, they are lucky zero stars is not an option, some people can only drink decafe, just lazy

THESE PPL NEED A JOB BUT NEVER WANT TO DO IT CORRECTLY. When ordering Burger King , Burger King employees like to re- drop the food to make it seem fresh when it’s not and then have the audacity to lie in your face like your dumb and don’t know the difference. Yes it is fast food but why not make ppl food correctly?when food is already high, Now if I wait for them to get off work and beat them , for playing with my food I’d be wrong!! And the bald head manger is the one who’s giving the instructions to do so . So sad what ever happened to serving food with integrity??
