Always been a good spot to eat over the years. Portions have always been good. Good burgers, good fries, good breakfast and sandwich items, it’s that burger shack taste you know and love. In its class this place is right up there with the rest of the burger shacks. The one drawback is that this place is a little pricey side. Very few if any bang for your buck menu specials compared to the other burger shacks near by. So when you’re paying almost the same at a typical restaurant then you may start asking questions. But, nonetheless a good spot to pass by.

18.00 for a burger and fries and they still charge you and extra 50 cents for ranch! I’ll go to in and out next time.

Fries were hard as rocks. Pastrami was ice cold. Veggies were brown... Safe to say I won't be back. $37 for two rotten soggy burgers and hard reheated fries.

Burger, BLT and Taquitos on 3 separate meals. All over priced for the quality. Burger had a thin patty then loaded with lettuce and tomato with condiments, more like a veggie sandwich with a thin layer of fried beef. BLT was better, at least there was noticeable bacon, but it lacked flavor like most bacon so it was...? Boring, yes BORING that's the word. Taquitos are bean Taquitos NOT chicken or beef but bean at the chicken Taquito price. And they are not sold with anything but green sauce, no sour cream, salsa or cheese... just beans in a fried tortilla.
Everyone was nice and the place looks (and smells) clean, though when I pulled up once a dude jumped out of his car and just urinated in the parking lot and went in to get food. Dude! Their restrooms are clean and open!

Only ever been through drive thru but their burgers are delicious. Only one other delicious burger place but it’s in Redlands (besides In n Out).

Prices are an absolute joke now. Damn near paying 30 dollars for a bacon burger and chili fries. Always trying to be sneaky and overcharge hoping you won't notice. Won't be back. This has nothing to do with inflation. It's just greed.

Heads up on multiple poor experiences with this place. We recently moved to Cali back in June of this year. Burgertown USA is close to our home, so at first we frequented there quite a bit. I would estimate we were spending over $100 per week there across random lunches and dinners. My daughter loves chicken nuggets like most kids, and my wife loves Orange Bang. We would go there 3-4 times a week, and spend probably $20-$30 each time. The pastrami is okay, atleast good enough to order due to the convenience of the location for us. I prefer The Hat, but to save time I would go to Burgertown to make my wife and child happy.

My wife is allergic to mustard. I know a weird allergy, but I always order my food with no mustard to make sure it doesn’t accidentally get on the other food in the bag no matter where we eat. A few months ago, I ordered my normal pastrami burger, my wife’s food and some nuggets for the kid. I asked for no mustard as usual, we get home, and mustard is all over EVERYTHING in the bag. Not just my burger, but all of the food including my wife’s sandwich, the nuggets and the fries. I called Burgertown, and the lady that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. She said there was nothing she could do, and there was no Manager in the building. So, the next day I called back and spoke to a Manager. She said she was going to look into my order and call me back. Never called back.

So because of the frustration, I have been forcing my family to eat elsewhere for the last few months. Burgertown’s crappy service and disregard for food allergies made me willingly drive further away to get the same food. Sometimes as far as 30min.

Today we needed a quick lunch and I wanted to surprise my wife with her Orange Bang. So I made a judgment call and decided to try something close to home. Burgertown it was. I gave in and decided to give Burgertown another shot. What a mistake I made! I ordered a pastrami combo and fried fish dinner through the drive thru. When I got home to surprise my wife, I realized they game me a chicken tender dinner instead of fish. I called Burgertown, the lady that answered the phone told me she was the one that took my order in the drive thru, and she heard CHICKEN instead of FISH. When I asked what they could do to resolve the issue, she hung up. I called back and asked for the Manager and she hung up again. I called back a third time, a guy answered the phone and said he was a manager, and he offered to credit the food but needed my entire credit card number to process the credit (even though he had my receipt in-hand). At this point, I just gave up and told them don’t worry about it we won’t be back. Not sure about you guys, but if someone was spending over $100/week at my restaurant, I would have just cancelled the entire order. Needless to say, we will NOT be back to Burgertown. The food is mediocre at best, and not worth the drama of them making your food wrong and then treating you like crap when you call and complain. I’ll go somewhere else where common courtesy is more common and the restaurant actually cares about their return customers. Plus the food will be MUCH better!
