Got the tenders and was not given the spice I asked for, so I ended up eating plain tenders. The bread is bland. The fries are good but start to taste gross if you don't finish them first.

I can't even answer the rest of the questions in this review because my wife really wanted some chicken bites from this food court. She waited over 30 minutes after 7 other customers with various size orders who ordered after her got their food before hers. Then after asking if her order was almost ready got the response of no one has made the bites yet. Then made no effort to upchannel the order or start to make the order... finally she had to ask for a refund after talking to what seemed like a manager and getting a ludicrous response of the chicken isn't done yet. Unacceptable!

As you stand at the register everything is very dirty! I started looking around deeper into their kitchen and the more you look, the dirtier it is. Also, the menu doesn't reflect the actual food of the franchise. It's all Korean food. They also advertise Tanghulu, but never have any.

My experience with this location has been nothing short of great. The food is flavorful and the staff has always greeted us with kindness. No complaints:)
didn’t mind the wait, was just really hungry and wanted to get some food and i love nashville hot chicken so i ordered the #4 classic sando but when i got my food i always eat my fries first each bite of fries was covered in the seasoning plus salt added in, that made the fries really salty. the burger i was excited for, when i saw it was just two tenders put inside a bun i thought hm that’s weird but it might still be good, i pick up the burger and the bottom is just COVERED in grease and oil, i took a bite out of it and first bite of the chicken and it’s not even the chicken itself, it was the chicken flower bit and i couldn’t eat anymore. very disappointed and had very high hopes, i should have checked the reviews on this place beforehand.

Trash. Are we sure the chicken tenders are really even chicken? They have a really tough chew. All of the coating comes off when you cut into it. And their plastic forks and knives suck. Nothing like the real hot chicken. I’ve been to Hattie B’s and Princes out in Nashville and they blow this place out of the water. Figured we would try this place, and now we know not to come back. And just FYI, if you need a hot chicken fix, you can easily make it at home, google some recipes :)
