Massive disappointment. I ordered the spice level "ugly" which is level 3/4. I thought there must be a mistake because the spice level barely tingled. I'm far from a spicy connoisseur but this barely registered. The chicken tenders themselves were great but dry and not at all saucy or spicy. They also forgot the pickle. Fries and Texas toast were bland and damp (ate it there not takeout)The chicken tenders doused in Nashville chicken sauce from my local supermarket chain are way superior and that's just sad. Could've gotten a lot more for $15 too.

Takes a bit to get your food. But it's reasonable.I got a #4 Combo and instead of a fountain, They gave me a can of soda? Fries were pretty good, The chicken sandwich was interesting to say the least. Not sure it was worth $14. The sauces taste similarly to a raising canes. Definitely Edible food but not for me. Try it out, if you don't like it then it's at least worth the experience. If I had to compare it, Maybe the equivalent to good airport food.Next time, I think I'd rather go to the Chipotle or Burger King instead of Burning Mouth.

They promote candied fruit but every time I go to buy it.. It’s as if I’m buying a controlled substance.. every looks around and they make up excuses.. “we sold out, or it’s not ready yet.” This has happened every time I go.. they heavy promote it but they refuse to sell it to anyone..I asked for the store number and managers name they refused and said we have no manager and the number to the store is on Yelp. It is not..Why heavily promote an item all over the store front and avoid selling it to anyone???Plus the staff make a huge deal about it.. I am really confused and want a manager to explain this..

We have eaten here three times and it's always good. Not sure why they only have 2.5 stars. We've had an array of sandwiches, chicken and waffles, fried, etc. All very good. Everything is made to order so it does take some time but it is well worth it! Looking forward to coming back again.

The food doesn't taste the best, it kind of taste artificial. The service was absolutely terrible!!! The employees were so rude and when I asked for napkins the woman working it threw the napkins in the counter and turned her back on me. The service was awful.
The food seasoning tastes artificial and the cook had dread locks with no hair net. I think they should move this out of Ontario Mills it was definitely a bad experience for me and my friends while visiting.

Disgusting! First time ever going here and never again, I ordered a #3, chicken wings where BURNT, bread tasted like bread! No butter, fries looked like they had seasoning and they didn’t taste like anything! I go back to get a refill on my drink they told me I had to buy a new one! Are you kidding me! I had to walk next door to Charley’s Philly steaks to buy a dam drink since I couldn’t get a refill, I should have seen the reviews before ordering as you can see in the picture! Never again!
