The lady at cashier seems like she is always in a Bad mood. This is my second time coming here and same attitude U asked her a question and replies like she is forced to work looks like bitter person. Not even looking at you.. Not worth it to drive all the way here frm chino hills. Her attitude !! Hope management reads this review and give her some training. Plus prices should be displayed on each tray. They charge different prices …. So Disappointed !!! I came to supper business due to was on one of those social media pages to help this small business. Sad!!

Great sweet bread, but rude customer service and watch how they charge you... 9 breads one day we paid 15.00 a couple days later, we get the same breads and were charged 10.00 big difference, we stopped going because of this... And we use to go everyday... The older lady grouchy and rude, as well as the smaller girl with tattoos... I like supporter ma & pops stores, but not when they ripping people off and being rude.
Well, I want to be frank with my comment, the bread is super good, but the ladies who are there are already tired of working there, they have no way to answer you, you ask them something and they reluctantly answer the truth, change their character to serve or staff.

The women here are very rude. The bread is wonderful, fresh and good, but I will never go back. As a first generation here, I am trying hard to show my children our culture and keep Spanish alive in my home, but these rude women are the reason people like me lose our culture because they make fun of and belittle us . From the beginning I realized they were judging me because I asked where the trays were. I didn't read the sign. It's my fault for getting a bag and a glove. I had never been here before, but my mom loves this bread, so I asked. and very sarcastically they told me what to do. After that, the whole experience was terrible. The women said they would take the next customer in line and then they started helping someone else so they got in front of me again then he called for the next one and tried to take a woman who was standing on the other side and then I he shouted that NEXT TIME. DON'T LINE THERE, LINE HERE. I'm 24 years old, don't yell at me. I hope these people know that they are isolated and treat people badly who just want to buy bread. I won't go back and spread word of mouth about how I was treated at 11am. from January 11, 2025.
