The experience was bad and at suck this morning went though the drive though and order a burrito and pay for it and didn't get of
because it was to long they told me the grill was no hot enough to cook the food waiting about 15 minutes it was not a good experience never going back it suck over all

Every time I come here the drive thru employees sound like they're gonna kill themselves after their shift! Why they always sound depressed? Treat them better or something!

My husband went to Carl’s Jr. today, June 26, 2025, at 8 PM drive-thru. He ordered a large combo, but when he came home, the fries were the size of a small. He also mentioned that the person at the drive-thru was very rude. This is the last time we go to the carl’s Jr.

Today I came in because of my dad really wanted Carl’s Jr and let me tell you I had such a lovely experience. Mari was helping me out despite the large order and she was incredibly sweet! Absolutely would return! Plus she wished my dad a happy birthday which was very nice :)

There was no one in line and I was waiting after placing my order through the drive through for about 25 minutes before anyone came out. Finally when someone came to the window they just opened the window and gave me my total without any sort of greeting. This was horrible customer service. The Cashier’s name was Zoe. I will not be returning to this location for the lack of good customer service.

The manager here has the worst attitude and customer service! I went in to buy a burger, they had no bacon and they didn’t tell me when I paid or when they handed me my food. So I walked in to let them know and asked for a refund. She refused and then continued to give me attitude because I had the nerve to request a refund. I had to block their drive through to finally be able to get a refund! This lady obviously is in no position to manage anything. She has a god complexion. Someone should remind her she works in customer service.

This Carls Jr has to be the first location to tell me I had to say I want to order the special they have. I’m sorry but $20 for 4 spicy chicken sandwich’s is just crazy. The worker didn’t care about anything. They took over 10mins to give me my food. 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 kids meals.

Really bad drive thru experience. 1 car in front of us. We only ordered 2 shakes. I'm not sure of the issue in the car in front of us, but we waited almost 15 minutes behind them. They had obviously made our shakes right away because they were completely melted by the time we got them. They could have had the problem car park & wait. Also, no sorry for the wait or apology or any parting words. Just the price & "heres your shakes".Bad service

Sunday 1 pm , Canes has a long line for order so I decided to eat in Carls Jr.
The place was almost empty,, 17 dollars for a double burguer combo is not much but there are better prices and food near

I ordered a breakfast burger and French fries to go and when I opened my order I saw that they forgot to put the egg in the burger and the fries were cold and hard. This criticism is not for the staff but for the company because since they were forced to pay $20 an hour they have cut staff and now the cashier also cooks and washes bathrooms at the same time... definitely very bad.
